Not good for music or desktop use
This was good for the price. The gaming sound mode worked well for making meetings sound better by making vocals more forward in the sound stage. The musical mode left more to be desired. I ultimately returned this because it didn’t drive my headphones as well as I’d hoped and because I use my headset for listening for music more than I do for games or meetings. Also this would be a better design if it had a USB C female input instead of an external usb c male cord. This design made desktop use awkward.

Tried this as an option to connect my guitar and headphones at the same time. Worked well with MainStage and Logic Pro X with the included USB-C to USB-A Adapter. Included optical cable was a surprise and nice addition! One star off cause it feels kinda cheap. Thought it was metal, it’s plastic.

I bought this so that I could connect my Logitech G335 to my laptop. It works great and allows me to mix the audio in my phones to taste for different purposes.

Fascistic, This external usb sound card blows away my SD in my laptop. For Music and Games it's just killer and inexpensive too.
