This is simple and semi smart at the same time. Like that I'm able to pull up a basic youtube video if I feel the need. Wifi connectivity is a plus. FM radio built in. Not too shabby.

Bought this for my father who doesn't care for smart phones. It gives h all the feel of a traditional flip phone with a bit of an upgrade, including Google maps and YouTube.

Seems to be a fine phone. Ruggedly built with a clear easy to read screen. I wanted a phone similar to my old one and got it. Intuitive operation if you have had a prior flip phone. Easy to operate and inexpensive.

Not a bad flip phone for those who still want one. This is very basic and easy to use as a flip phone should be, but it also has internet capability along with Google Assistant built-in if you're keen to use it.

Buttons are hard to push for a senior. Pressing hard enough is difficult to release fast enough, and usually scrolls past the text or contact she is trying to select. Only thing it really offers for a senior is voice texting. but even that takes some getting used to. If you are buying for a senior, be aware of this.

This is a decent phone for the price. Works well good buy

Over I'm pretty happy with this phone. I had gotten it unlocked and now am using it on T-Mobile, didn't work before I got it unlocked. The phone is not the fastest phone ive seen, i have seen faster, it does freeze here and there, but quite ok. if you overload it with info it will freeze a bit. And a nice feature would have been mobile hotspot, but it does not have that option.

I bought this for my 87 yr old neighbor. She needed a replacement phone and it was so easy to set up. She also absolutely loves it cause its easy to use!

But this phone for my elderly mother the numbers are huge The screen is a decent size and she seems love it. I would recomend it

This phone has been the worst purchase. I bought it for my father as he prefers flip phones. It gave him trouble initially as the battery was at 11% when we first received it. He charged it and it died within a few hours. I initiated a return but then my father said it was working correctly. He's had it now for about a month and noticed that the battery began not holding charge again. We charged it for a few hours and the whole phone was hot to the touch. The battery died within a couple of hours. I received an email that stated it was past the return date. Absolutely the worst. So disappointed.

My mom had bought the same phone at Cricket and it was having issues and Best Buy sold a new one to us for $20 cheaper than Metro would

Works great and is simple to use by anyone. Battery life is great as well. The price is much better than purchasing from a provider.
