A: I got it for my 87 yr old mother. Set it up Christmas eve and it seemed to work, then Christmas day, got the same message you got after a system update and reboot. Phone still seems to be working though. Makes and receives calls, 5g connectivity. Looking forward to what Cricket tells you.

Motorola 2025 Recomended
For 80$ its the perfect phone.Wireless Charging, that I don't even think it states in the description.Vegan leather and it's a pretty color.After 6 months of paying your cricket phone you can get it unlocked as well. Super recomended, a really good camera, you can record what's in front of youa and yourself at the same time.

Great Phone & Wireless Charging!
I have been a Motorola fan for years for their durability & ease of use. When my Moto Stylus stared to show its age, i looked into a replacement. I looked on Amazon & Cricket & both wanted $250 for this ohine. Best Buy sell8ng it at $80 was a no brainer. Easy for me to set up & avoided Cricket's fee for that. What i dont understand is why wireless charging isnt included in the description, since it does have wireless charging. That alone makes this a steal at this price.
