Looks Great, Best looking wall phone I can remember seeing. Sounds Great, The ringer sound is nostalgic and cool, love to get incoming calls, even from telemarketers just to hear it ring (we just let it ring then). The rotary dial sound when making outgoing calls is awesome. The voice volume control is good too, we keep it on low for a crisp clear sound. I would recommend the high setting for people with trouble hearing. Easy to install, It comes with anchor screws, a template and cords in case you dont already have a wall jack, so that you can extend it to a jack not in place. We had another longer cord (about 15') we used, to place the cord out of site, along the wall, from the phone to jack, until we get a actual jack installed behind the phone location. The dial is a tad smaller than I remember them being. Other than that, We really like this phone a lot. We are thinking about getting another for the basement rec. room.

The first phone I received had a broken ringer and the box came broken. Phone should have been shipped in another box. The box on the original and the replacement looked old and was faded. But the replacement phone despite the condition of the box the phone works well.

We have our set to the old school ring and it gets noticed by our guests. The chrome like finish does smudge a little with fingerprints but is still pretty cool looking.

Love the way this phone looks on the wall. We are always misplacing cordless phones. This wall phone works perfectly when unable to locate cordless phones. Has an old fashioned ringer, so either need to silence cordless phone ringer or wall phone ringer. Get many compliments on it.

For all that money, you'd think there would be a way caller id or speaker could be hidden under the receiver. But oh, well. It looks super pretty and does, really, all we need it to do. Ring.

This was exactly what I was looking for. The retro look, looks great in my kitchen. Easy to install and works great.

The phone arrived without an outer box. The phone also looked as if it had been used, scratched and beat up. I was very disappointed because it was my first time ordering from Best Buy. When I returned the the phone, the return clerk did not seem to interested in helping me find a suitable replacement. Ms. Disappointed

Volume is very low and you cannot hear the perosn on the other end of the line.

The look of this phone was excellent, but the workmanship was not. The dial buttons were not aligned (due to fitting # and * symbols.) Keys kept sticking and no way to lower the bell sound. Every time it rang, the dog went crazy and I would be startled.
