I loved that you can transfer files at lightning speed. Another great spec is that it's small and compact and could cary it in your bag without making it bulky.

This is exactly what you want. Best bang for your buck. The speeds and the operating system with how small the unit is, it is extremely helpful. I was able to add to my internal SSD storage with this instead of buying an extremely more expensive laptop. There is zero difference for the external SSD and internal hard drive on speed. Well worth the product of money.

If you’re looking for a jump drive to securely store your photos or videos,, This drive is super fast with right speed 2000 Mbs and read speed 2100 MBs and I love the simple design . This solid state device has a tether that clips very nicely inside my briefcase so I don’t have to keep searching for it. Great idea. I went back and bought the 2 TB device as well. Can’t go wrong storing videos and photos for the future with this device. I’ve been buying crucial storage device for years can’t beat the reliability. Trust them 100%

Love this nice little external hard drive. Very portable and has 1 TB of memory. Works like a charm when first plugged in!

Excellent price for a great product, the 9X Pro is a powerful device but the 10 X Pro is much faster for photographers and influencers.

Crucial apparently has ceased to make these external drives since our current federal government has been taken over by people that make horrible decisions about the economy. Luckily I found this one and it wasn’t marked way up like other retailers have done.

I liked it, but it suddenly stopped working and my pc wouldn’t acknowledge it no matter what I tried, Diskpart, Device manager, etc. It just stopped working which was honestly devastating, and annoying. Now I need a new one, but when it worked it was good.

The speed is ridiculously fast. I use it with my MBA M3 to transfer all of my videos and photos from my desktop. I love the small size. Literally fits in my pants pocket without it being bothersome.

Amazingly fast! I tried to use it as an ext sdd to sort years of photographs to use as a screen saver. I anticipate I will double the number of photos in the file which already has 25,000 photos. My wife loves it. The high speed or read/write saves me a lot of time when I am organizing the photos from a large number of storage devices. All the other devices I tried took too long and I abandoned the task because it was taking way too long. I would not buy this one again--I would buy a larger capacity.

I ONLY USED THIS FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME BUT IT SEEMS VERY EASY TO USE AND IS WELL CONSTRUCTED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HARD DRIVE.
