If you are able to do a lot of squats and balet moves - then try this one. My suggestion is to watch it first then do the workout. The instructor just assumes that you know the moves and the lingo used (still trying to figure out what angel arms are). Make sure you have plenty of room to move around. The strange thing about the workout is there is a guy in the back ground that plays the bongos. I'm still trying to figure out how that is encouraging while you work out or why he was even there. At least it gave me something to laugh about even though me trying to do the cardo moves was funny on its own.

Bought this for my wife after it was removed from Netflix. She seems to get a good workout and it seems to be the only pilates/workout video she enjoys.
