    WiFi booster

    I purchased the Cudy AC1300 Wi-Fi USB 3.0 Adapter to upgrade an older laptop with weak wireless performance, and it worked far better than I expected. Setup was quick and straightforward—plug it in, install the driver, and it connected right away. The speed improvement is significant. On the 5GHz band, I’m getting fast, stable connections that easily handle streaming, video calls, and large file downloads. The 2.4GHz band also works well when I’m farther from the router. Compared to the built-in Wi-Fi on my device, this adapter provides a much stronger and more reliable signal. I also appreciate that it uses USB 3.0, which definitely helps maximize the speed.     Plugged it in and it worked

    Needed to put a Raspberry Pi 3 out in a shed. It was too far away for its little built in WIFI. This adapter works great. Plugged it in and it worked.

  • can this device be connected to a superbox for better reception

    might improve Wi-Fi reception, but it depends on the SuperBox model. Most SuperBox devices already have built-in Wi-Fi, and they usually don’t officially support external USB Wi-Fi adapters unless the system can recognize the adapter’s chipset. The Cudy AC1300 uses a Realtek RTL8812BU chipset, which some Android-based boxes might not support without extra drivers. So unless the SuperBox specifically supports external Wi-Fi adapters, it probably won’t recognize it.
