Q: Can this Cuisinart stainless steel cookware work with induction heating?
A: Now it can not, we tried and will need to return this item.
Q: I would like to ask if there is any material difference between this item and the P87-10 model?
A: It appears that this one is all stainless steel, while P87-10 talks about an aluminum cooking surface. Also the saucepan and saute pan are a half qt larger here. That's what I see in the specs anyway.
A: Should work fine on gas stove. And food will stick if you're not careful.
Q: Can these go into the oven, if so what temperature can they handle?
A: Have used to 300 F myself in oven.
A: Small and medium sizes. None of them are big!
Q: Oven safe ? Lids oven safe?
A: no
A: it may stick to the pan, but depends on how you cook, you might have better luck than us. Some of my friends say it doesn't stick if cooked right, you know what I mean
