PIZZA OVEN As a pizza oven, the unit features a 13" cordierite pizza stone which retains and distributes heat evenly across the surface for a perfectly cooked crust every time. The stone is secured by pegs on the bottom of the grill grate that not only keep it centered in the oven, but slightly raise it off the surface to allow for natural convection heat around the pizza. The pre-set pizza temperature setting let's you cook with confidence knowing you are at the perfect temperature for pizza cooking. The thermometer includes a "Pizza" zone that has a corresponding setting on the dial. Once the thermometer reaches the Pizza zone, simply turn the dial to the pizza setting and you're ready to cook. GRIDDLE The heavy-duty, cast iron griddle plate offers up to 230 sq. in. of cooking space and gives you the versatility to cook breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The grease drain hole on the griddle plate is located directly above grease cup, so grease is routed directly towards the cup. This significantly cuts down on grease build up and potential flare ups when grilling. GRILL With up to 260 sq. in. of cooking space and a 15,000 BTU burner, this grill can match the performance of any full size unit.
