We have had it about six months. We did buy it on sale. Normally, we do not need a 4 slicer. We have had many brands and styles ovef the years. This is the best. We did have to figure out what setting was best for us and each style bread. The toaster has an indicator to show where to toast just one slice. You really can toast one slice on either side. We played a little to find the temperature we liked for the different style breads. If in doubt, we toast on 5, then if not brown enough, turn it upside down and toast on lowest. Maybe just turn down and lowest setting. This toaster is the best of any we have owned for many, many years.

Good product, able to make 4 slices of toast without any issues. It also has a bagel setting that produces a golden bagel!! This toaster is fantastic!!

We had the previous version of this toaster for about 20 years. It seemed to be getting less effective at toasting the dense whole grain bread I like. The new one we purchased to replace it is a nice “retro” look and is as accommodating to thick slices as its predecessor. It seems to be the same performance as the older one, which is a good recommendation. I just would like for it to have another notch or two for the extremely dense bread I prefer.

Fits the space perfect, and was an upgrade to what I had. Toasts nicely. User friendly.

The toaster works well. It has the wide slots to do bagels and hamburgers just right. The time dials and buttons work without issue. I like the toaster. It does what I need it to do.

This is a pretty good toaster. Slots are wide. It toasts well. Sometimes the lever does not stay down when trying to toast. I am pleased with it on the whole.

Nice to have 2 settings and a wider top for bagels.

Love Love Love this toaster. The delivery wait was longer than expected because the toaster is so popular. I had my last toaster for over 30 years so it was definitely a time for a replacement. It was heavy and bulky - this one is light and so easy to operate. I highly recommend it.

This toaster feels very cheap and flimsy I had the same exact one I had for years at a hand me down no less and it tho doing works better than the new one the buttons are hard to press down and stay down the knobs doesn't feel like they do anything spin to easy and still have to turn high to toast dark enough not sure if I'm returning this or give it more time but I don't think this one will last long and priced to high for the quality of it the only difference to the old one beside quality is the knob not being digital numbers and a slightly more modern squared look

This product is very nice I use this toaster at least four or five times in a week . Totally satisfied

It has been a great toaster but noticed it burns differently depending on which sections you have your bread in but I adjustered and has done a good joob would recommend it and Buy it Again

looking for a toaster that isn't made so cheap but isn't expensive. didn't want/need a lot of options. wanted a slide out crumb tray too. With this being a 4 slice, and each 2 slice side operates separately, it's perfect! someone can toast on one of the two slice sides, while someone else toasts on the other 2 slice side, each with their own settings!

I was pleasantly surprised by the size, it's only about 50 percent larger than our old 2 slice toaster. It really shines in how evenly it toasts all 4 slices. The defrost function is very useful as well.

It works great it's my first new toaster ever my old one was used when I got it 18 years ago
