Solid build and brews faster than previous Black and Decker model that this replaced. The only minor drawback is the coffee grinder. I've only used the grind mechanism a couple of times. It’s loud and is a pain to clean.

Easy to use and grinds well. Instantaneous grind is a little jolting. If u drink a lot of coffee, consider the 12 cup not the 10 cup like this version

It works well but when the coffee is made the area where it grinds gets wet with the steam and the coffee becomes sticky

We purchased this Cuisinart coffee maker in April, and unfortunately the grinder stopped working after only three months of regular use. This was a real disappointment, especially since we’ve always had excellent luck with Cuisinart coffeemakers in the past. Their machines have consistently been reliable and long‑lasting for us, which makes this experience all the more surprising. We expected the same quality from this model, but the early failure of the grinder was a letdown.

Always like Cuisinart coffee makers. Replaced our old unit after 15 years of use.
