I have had zero luck baking bread on my own, so the idea of a machine that would do it for me with me just adding the ingredients seemed impossible. This is compounded by the fact that I am one of those annoying vegans and sometimes my substitutions don't always jibe with baking recipes. Well, I can tell you that my first loaf with this machine, substituting oat milk powder and plant-based unsalted butter, turned out perfectly. Frankly, I was expecting a learning curve, for my first loaf to come out misshapen and inedible, but nope -- 3 hours and 15 minutes after I hit start, I had an almost perfect loaf of bread that tasted great. I baked a 1 lb loaf since there's only two people in my household. The machine is not very loud at all, and it's way smaller than I imagined it would be. I did not remove the paddle after the 3rd rise, but the hole it left was not that bad (round, size of a nickel), and I had zero issues getting the loaf out of the pan -- slid right out, paddle remained fastened to the pan. I researched so many machines -- some were too big, some too small, some had too many complaints about burnt or botched loaves, so I am pleased with this purchase. Pizza dough, jam, and pretzels are next in my list of things to try.

Easy to clean. Dump ingredients in order The unit mixes everything for you ! Fresh bread is consistent.unit comes with simple recipes. Delay timer is great for overnight or when getting home after long day. Doesn't take up as much room as the toaster and not loud either. Any non baker can use this product and make bread,cake,jams, pizza dough, pretzels, bagels. Love the option for 3 loaf sizes and crust darkness. The window on top is nice to view progress . Watch for the half price sale. That's when I got this unit which made it a great bargain. I have made 14 different breads, garlic knots, and pretzels since owning it!

This machine is terrific. I just love it. I’m not much of a baker or a cook but I love the idea of adding ingredients and —boom—fresh bread. I now make fresh bread once a week and plan on trying some fancier breads for the holidays. It really is a no muss, no fuss solution to fresh bread. Plus my house smells amazing even tho I pretty much pushed a button. Highly Recommend!

We love this bread maker. It’s very easy to use. All you do is add the ingredients and set. We have made several types of bread using the recipe book included. The breads are very good. This is our first bread maker and I have to say we have been missing out. The only downside is the machine is a little loud for a few minutes when kneading the bread. Other than that this is a must buy if you like fresh baked bread. When it bakes the bread the whole house smells delicious. Very easy to clean the the outside of the machine gets a little hot when in use. We do recommend that you get a bread cutting knife, this will make it a whole lot easier to slice the bread. We love it and highly recommended it.

Had a bread machine years ago. It worked for awhile, then loaded didn’t turn out. So far this one is very easy to use, does way more than my first kind and tastes so yummy.

So I bought this for my fiance as an introductory get into baking but we are starting with breads and jam! We would if loved to the product 5 stars but some of the recipes they give you do not work. However thing makes such fantastic bread we will never buy bread at a store ever again! BUY IT NOW! Best value, simple machine, size is perfect! I would buy this over and over again!

Love this bread maker. In my opinion a 1 1/2 pound loaf turns out better than a 2 pound loaf. If I want a 2 pound loaf I am usually making buns out of the dough or will raise the final raise in a bread pan. The dough raises actually too much for what height is allowed for the bread and will stick on the inside top of the machine. It will usually fall a little and you can get a funny looking top. This bread maker takes all the work out of making your own dough and bread. I have no problem with it jumping around on the counter nor get the counter warm. Works very good for me. Included pictures of the 2 pound loaf, but the 1 1/2 pound loaf look perfect.

I have failed miserably at making bread year after year, even with other bread machines. I follow the recipes in the book that comes with the machine and the bread turns out perfect every time. I have made Cinnamon raisin, gluten free and white bread that all came out perfect. O love, love, love this machine!

I absolutely love this machine! So easy to use and makes the best bread and dough. Weve made dough and rolled out homemade cinnamon rolls that were to die for! Hands down, the best!

I was dreaming about this bread maker for years. After receiving $60 gift card, I finally got this amazing bread maker and I am using it 2 or more times a week.

Easy to use, makes fabulous bread. Be sure to use fresh yeast or it might not rise.

Today after I used for almost 3 years, it fell off counter in the middle of mixing it, and my dough fell out. I did not figure out how it could fall off the counter.

When using the included recipes none of the bread is correct as the crust (lightest setting) is either to hard to cut or eat with bread center under baked and or loaf collapsed in center. Nothing has ever came out like it was supposed to. Would return but but by the time you try several times it’s to late to return. I haven’t had a bread machine for years. Had heard/seen great reviews on this Cuisinart so I went ahead and got it! The price was right, and I also applied a gift certificate...even better! I love the small footprint and look of it. It’s not a big hulking thing. It’s light so it’s easily moved. So many choices for different types of breads and makes dough for use outside the machine. 3 crust settings, and a timer so you can come home or wake up to that amazing fresh bread smell. Admittedly, the bread didn’t rise as much and had sunk a little when I left it overnight but my tastebuds certainly didn’t suffer....delicious crusty bread with a fluffy interior was waiting for breakfast. I am exceedingly happy with this machine and would highly recommend it! One thing that’s really great is you can choose from three loaf sizes! Wonderful option! Kudos all around!

We decided this year to upgrade our old Cuisinart bread machine. It was still working well, but we found this one on a deal that we couldn't pass up. We have used it twice and things have been perfect so far! Super easy to use. Much quieter than our older mode. The compact size is helpful with limited storage space. I would definitely recommend it!
