I have used one of the 3 functions. Sorbet . Very impressed with the machine thus far. I like that you can whip up a sorbet in under 15 minutes and the results are light and fluffy deliciousness.
I would recommend this to a friend

Cold bowl!

The bowl has a liquid inside that keeps the bowl really cold while making ice cream. Really important. Great Ice cream maker.

Works well. Used it to make a Limoncello ice cream and it did so faster than the old Cuisinart I replaced. Anxious to try making Gelato.

I love it works just like it said. Only I had to return mine the lend would not lock. The first time I used it very good. I would buy another one. Many recipes yo choose from or use your on. No ice just pug it in.
