This is horrible, i bought to make almond butter, it takes 2 hours, and it is extremely noisy. I have had other Cuisinart food processors, and it takes 45 min. I am extremely unhappy with this product. Don't buy, so noisy

Happy Wife Happy Life and Great Food

My wife just used her new Cuisinart for a special casserole she has made once before. The last time there was a lot of swearing trying to get the vegies to the proper consistency but this time it was quite as a mouse in that kitchen and that soufflé was fabulous!

IT DOES WHAT TR PROMISED. ISSUE IS THAT BLENDER CUP IS DIFFICULT TO FIND. HAD TO GO TO CRATE AND BARREL.

New vs. older model

Not as easy to operate as my old one that this replaced, but I couldn't find parts for the older Cuisinart. Go figure. It does have plenty of power for tough shredding.
