We have been happily using the old Cuisinart custom Pro 11 cup food processor (for about 11 years) when the kids misplaced the chopping blade and it was time to replace it. Went to BestBuy and found the Cuisinart Elemental 11 cup and what a difference it was. First of all, it was a little more expensive (not a big deal) but the big difference is if you are processing damp or wet ingredients you can actually do 11 cups. The old custom had the post hole half way up the work bowl so you could only do half the bowl full without the potential of a mess (you can do more but it always leaked something), now we can. Standard Cuisinart quality (which is excellent) and honestly, if we didn't lose the blade, we would still be happily using the old food processor today. Maybe the kids will take it to college...

My wife absolutely loves this. The power, quality and ease of use are exactly what she wanted. We're very pleased with this purchase and do recommend it.

It is easy to use, easy to assemble,it shreds,chops, and saves me a tons of time in the kitchen, works great on hard veggies like potatoes and carrots it takes only seconds to shred my carrots to perfection to make my famous carrot cake!! I love this processor so much I bought one for my daughter who just got married, and my mom for Mother's Day!

This is a very efficient kitchen tool. I mad a pesto that awesome. I have it 4 stars because it’s so powerful, even the pulse action. I was making some veggie burgers. I want it chunky, but the power this tool delivers made the veggies more mush then chunks. The slicer is nice. And grater works perfect. Just have to learn to control it. This is my first processor. Processor virgin.

Fantastic product. This is our first Cuisinart food processor and it has exceeded expectations. Not the largest bowl but works for what my family needs and works well. Lots of power; great for cookies and pie crust.

This was bought as a wedding gift for my son and spouse. They have used it extensively and love it! I have an older version and love mine so wasn't surprised. They have found it to be very versatile and use it almost daily. Large enough for their needs and makes the cooking tasks so much easier for them with their lifestyle and work schedules

I have needed a processor for years to assist with my massive holiday cookie production. I used this processor for one recipe and subsequently found a need to use it for another dinner recipe. Using this processor saved an enormous amount of time. Offsetting the time saved w/time needed to clean device - you're still ahead of the game. No returns planned and looking forward to using it again. It makes cooking fun!

The online description was vague so I was pleasantly surprised to receive my new processor & it was exactly what I wanted. It has a strong 650 watt motor, it has the optional blades for fine & regular grating along with a great tight seal that does not allow liquids to leak out the sides while operating. I make a lot of salsa & with my old processor it would pour out the sides while operating the machine and made a huge mess! This is a perfect processor for many applications. I am very happy with my purchase. I wish the online description was better but Best Buy explained the manufacturer sends that information & it’s sometimes incomplete.

The performance of the Cuisinart is great. It's easy to clean. I cook quite a bit and the Cuisinart is perfect for making pesto and other sauces that do no require uniform cutting. Also takes the work out of shredding vegetables. I still to work with a knife for dishes that require uniform cutting.

easy to install attachments and switch out accessories. durable plastic container and lid that is easy to clean and put back together. Excellent speed options and safe to operate.

We are a family of 7 and this baby does it all. Seems to be made of gold quality (purchased as a Christmas gift). It's a work horse. Highly recommended.

I ordered online and received food processor quickly. Love this one, so light to lift in and out of the cupboard, unlike my old one.

They make best food processor on market. Replace 20 year old unit .

My wife has been using this food processor to do several different things and everything comes out great. From mixing and blending ingredients, pizza dough, shredding cheese, etc etc and assembly and disassembly is so easy. We are very happy with this product.

Great tool to use every day. Only issue we found after prolonged use, some of the corner parts of plastic lock break. Using crezy glue to fix and using it normally again.

Solid quality. Attractive. Clunky lid, as per usual.

The food processor is great when preparing a variety of food.
