Great coffee, but takes effort
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I followed the directions carefully. I was a bit overwhelmed at first. There is definitely a learning curve. The coffee was very hot and delicious. You really taste the flavor. I thoroughly enjoyed my cup but it was a lengthy process. I think the more I use it the easier it will be. It is definitely a great machine.
