Q: Is there a 3 year warranty on this smoker? If not, what "is" the warranty?
A: Mine was a piece of junk from the start. I initiated talks with Cuisinart within a month of the purchase. Cuisinart will return my emails but other than that they're not following up and resolving the issue. If you're looking for warranty for this product I say they don't really have one. Best of luck.
