It burns at a much higher temperature, I set to 200 and it jumps to 375. 2 months ago support said they were sending a replacement probe and it still hasn't arrived. Almost $300 I spent for the convenience of a steady temperature and it is just sitting in the garage for almost 4 months. Shame on you Cuisinart for this and raising the price on a worthless product.

I just purchased this a few days ago and I love it. I will use it at home and I will take this camping. Nothing better then smoking a great piece of meat while camping and sharing that with friends and family.
