A: Only if the hard roll is less than 1 1/2" wide.
A: The toaster will accommodate a slice about 5" x 5". I just tried a slice of rye we have and that's how it measures out and that slice fits but loaves can vary quite a bit. We frequently get the Turano Italian bread loaves and with those we have to frequently either flip or cut in half for the wider slices in the middle.

A: Yes, you can order this item online. It's cheaper online. I bought mine from Best Buy online.

A: One side of my toaster no longer works will it be replaced

A: Never had a problem with a bagel getting stuck. I assume you are using sliced bagels. You get the bread to go down by simply pressing the button that says “Toast” or “Bagel”
