Mixed thoughts on this. Better price than anything else I could find. The water tastes good - better than my Britta pitcher. The faucet isn't the highest quality so I hope it lasts longer than I think it will. Also, it seemed bent out of the box as it didn't fit in the space allotted for it in the box. The installation directions seemed straightforward and my husband does enough plumbing that this should be an easy install. Went in well, but 2 days later it leaked at the connection. After tightening, the same thing happened- dry for 2 days, then leaked. Not something you want happening in your kitchen cabinet. The directions specifically state "don't over tighten ". Not sure what the answer is - tightening again might break it.

What a great change in the taste of my water straight from the fridge tap. Now i have no need for a pitcher filter! Installation might be a little tricky, had to buy an extra part at the big box store.

Easy 30 min install, did brass upgrade on connection instead of plastic. Noticeable improvement of taste of water.

I love it! I'm using it very well. I love this water filter because the water tastes great and it's so easy to install and use.

[Employee of bestbuy] I replaced a multistage water purifying system with something a little more simple. Tastes basically the same for a fraction of the price.

I'm obsessed with the quality of ZeroWater filtered water, so when I saw this product, I was extremely excited!! Only to get it fully installed and it's not the same quality as an actual ZeroWater filtered water. I was hoping that since it was labeled the "premium" filter it would be the same quality, but it's not. Very disappointed, and it requires way too much to disassemble to return.
