Great icemaker! Easy to use, makes delicious chewable ice, and is very quiet. Works great and I highly recommend it.

First, I want to say I love the new concept of having the water filter in the front, and being able to view what level I am on. My previous ice machines were either in the front on the bottom in black sealed off area where you had to remove a compartment to view it, or was in the back, and filling it made it impossible to view due to it being emptied into a cylinder which you could not see until it was overflowing at the top. Second, the clear front and light, made it easier to view in the nighttime to make quick fills to it if it needed to be topped off! The quickness of having ice being made every 10 minutes was amazing. Most of my ice makers were either 45 minutes or longer for each cycle. Having the quickness of having ice being made in a quicker cycle made it enjoyable especially in the hot summer months when you are refilling drinks at a quicker pace! And lastly, the quality of ice made was very efficient and tasteful. It did not have a chemical taste, and seemed to last longer in a drink. The shape of the ice was just the right consistency for your drinks and ice pleasure. Lastly, any ice connoisseur would love having this new ice machine in their home, it not only makes a consistent flow of ice on a timely matter to quickly satisfy the needs of any small or large since family, and keep your drinks always topped off, but it makes it a lot easier with its new design and clean see through features. I highly recommend this product to be tried and tested to anyone that loves ice, or a nice refreshing drink!! Hope this helps your review, please

Can’t say much about this other than it’s been great Pros: easy setup with a quick start guide, self cleaning mode and comes with an electronic water tester. Makes ice quickly since they’re small cubes. Big storage for made ice. Ice still remained the following day 8 hours after stopping it from making ice. Not too loud. Cons: Haven’t found one. At first I wished it the option to change the size of the cubes (as I have another unit that does), but I actually like the size better. Self cleaning mode instructions are a little confusing (says to press clean button when in standby mode. There’s no “standby mode” it’s just when it’s off). Not exactly a con, but that’s really it

This product is impressive and matches our expectations; the price was excellent, and the seller shipped quickly. We would certainly recommend it. It also comes with a scooper so you don’t have to purchase one.

So far, I’ve been very happy with this ice maker! I have one other ice maker that makes the ice nuggets, which I really like. I didn’t think I’d like the ice nuggets, but I was wrong. The ice nuggets actually pack together making the water or drink cold longer. The machine itself has a removable water container which is very convenient to fill. The only negative thing so far was when I unboxed the product. It had a very strong plastic smell to it which dissipated over a few days. Pretty typical though. Overall I would definitely recommend this product, It’s been great for daily use at this point. I’ve had it for a few months with no issues yet.

we love the nugget ice--easy to use--easy to clean

This nugget ice maker is exactly what I was looking for! It is quite and the nuggets are really good, cools my drinks immediately and keeps them cold.

It does make ice quick but it does not come out fully frozen and when you try freezing it in ice bags it all becomes one big chunk.

The ice is smaller than the sonic nugget ice and the maker does not remain cold enough to keep tye ice frozen after making a full bin. You have to dump the ice in a separate bucket and freeze it. When u return to the separate bin of sonic type ice its all stuck together, so you have to break it up with an ice pick or butter knife. I don't feel as though this product was depicted correctly. Not satisfied!

Ice maker is great and makes enough ice to offset the ice in my refrigerator ice maker. It lasted great through the summer and one night it started making loud sounds. It is now sitting on my table taking up space. The price was good but did not get enough use out of it.
