I love the machine its capable of many things, but i have this weird rattling sound with my build. I dont know if its the fans or the psu. But i really think its the psu. When i lay it down on its side it becomes quiet which is weird. I would troubleshoot some more and reach out to cyberpower to help me.

Bought this as a replacement for a custom built Digital Storm PC. Out of the box it works lightening fast. After I added in my GSKILZ RAM, M2 SSD and another HD it's where i wanted it to be. Easy to upgrade.

This computer is great! However, there are a few pros and cons I can notice right off the bat (it arrived just today). Pros: super fast boot times, cooling works well, looks awesome, side panel is easily removed and re-secured, cable management is pretty nice. Cons: 16gb RAM just isnt enough, in my opinion, RGB cannot be controlled as far as I can tell (meaning the tower pulses rainbows all day) same for mouse and keyboard. Mouse light is based on what DPI sensitivity it’s set to, and keyboard either pulses between colors or locks to one of five colors. I wish i could easily control each with a software utility. That said, the computer is wonderful, and the few issues i have i will probably resolve with various upgrades down the road. First Impression: 5/5

I literally just opened the box and the PC looked used and damaged. I would expect this should have went through quality control. I didn't pay this much to have a damaged unit. This PC is not the most expensive but i would expect to be brand new. Ugh, I'm super bummed and sad about all of this. Why me??? :( I wanted to set this PC up today. Ugh. So frustrating that this would happen.

I've had this for a few months now and recently started to think how can i change the rainbow lights...I did some digging and i found out the specific fans that are used the RGB LEDs are controlled with the motherboard, so if you go to menu and type ASRRGBLED it's already installed in the pc. You can change the colors there :)

I have been building PCs for 20+ years. This is my first prebuilt I have purchased since the original Pentium 1 chip computers. However, with the supply chain upside down it would cost me more to build a system myself than to buy a prebuilt. So I did months of research and when I saw this I knew it was a deal (assuming it's built right) I was not disappointed. EVGA 3080 card was nice to see. The fans are silent (6 fans 4 on the radiator push/pull one rear and one lower front) I am going to add a couple fans above to help vent heat out the top. I did add 32GB TridentZ ram as 16 isn't enough for what I want. The MSI board might be the only weak spot here, but I am not complaining. They used one of the two PCI slots for adding wifi which I don't need. The second open slot is really tight against the graphics card. So something small would be the only thing to use there as to not trap the heat near the card. In my opinion this is a great deal. Buying the GPU and CPU alone with all the reselling markups going on would cost you near the price of this entire system. So far so good. I will update this review should I experience anything good or bad that is noteworthy.

I want to give this PC 5 stars. I really do. However, I bought this machine for myself on Christmas 2021 and since then (today is July 4, 2022) the computer has only worked about half of the time. The other half of the time, I have had issues with what I can only assume is a failing HDD or something wrong with the components. I suspect the PSU may not be strong enough for the hardware and the peripherals or something. Nevertheless, when the PC is working it is a beast. It runs hot and a little loud but it will run all the games you want. I have had to spend countless hours troubleshooting it and even finally took it to get repaired just to simply have to reinstall windows 3-4 times to get it to work. It is currently working so that's why I gave it a 2 out of 5 stars instead of 1. But if you want to gamble on a machine that is a beast when it works and a headache when it doesn't, then this is the machine for you.

Great PC. Lots of fans, but they’re Arctic (very quiet). EVGA 3080, top tier brand on the card. This is not a RGB case or build, plus for me but know going into it, this is not the instagram pic PC, it’s the work horse run over the RGB builds. Only negative I saw was the MSI motherboard with out the built in wifi ( does come with card installed on MB). You’ll want to throw in a couple sticks of Ram also.

Bought April, pickup delayed till4/30/22 by store. All appeared okay from exterior, became ill so actually opened past weekend (August 22). Front plastic support broken off and metal leg bent. Was way past BestBuy store return so taped on with duct tape. Bought to upgrade and replace former 2018- i5 Cyber model gave to one of daughters. No problems with that one. Transferred all data and reinstalled Steam games. All okay till started up Black Desert Online (prev play 3yrs, no issues). Computer became very hot within seconds, so closed game. Then computer began to cool. Too expensive to risk and am not a tech to go and replace cooling and etc that found on net as others having same issues with i9 series from CyberPower. Sent their tech a contact request. Mouse for set same as 2018 model and keyboard was smaller so bought a better one from BestBuy. Had also bought another i5 Cyber at same time, making ownership of 3. The two i5 run great. Did not expect this to be an issue with all the additional memory, fans and features. Using new cables and a new monitor. Can deal with how I rigged the case support piece, but am highly disappointed with the heat issue. Hours of time downloading are wasted if it becomes a major issue. Have not tried any other large or high graphic gaming since this happened. Will see what CyberPower comes back with.

The mid size tower is pretty baller. I have never had 4TB in any device probably also including my very own brain. I have a lot of hobbies that involve PC use, which involve 3D design/animation, gaming and audio editing. The power, memory and processing capabilities of this computer allow me to not compromise on any of my interests where previous computers I have owned I certainly had to.

Great parts, just needs a better case and cpu cooler. Other than that beast of a machine

Solid build with no issues. All top tier brands. Pre-builts are better than building your own at the moment due to limited supply of parts. They did give me two SSDs instead of an SSD and an HDD, I'm not complaining. Would highly recommend to a friend. Also recommend upgrading RAM.

I purchased a brand new R12 Aurora and ended up exchanging it for this. It has much more power. I added 16GB or Memory just to make sure I have everything I need. I might add another 3080 later if possible. If you can afford it. This isn't a bad choice.

Would give 5* except for one issue, easily resolved. One I played a CPU heavy game the rear fan would ramp up to full speed trying to get rid of case heat. sounded like a freight train. I added two 140mm Be quiet fans to the top of the case (exhaust) and it is now running a whole lot better.

Had to return the first one that was shipped to my house as the case was damaged. Received the replacement product about two weeks later. High marks for being plug and play. I was in Steam within ten minutes of startup.

This thing is pretty beastly right out of the box, although I did add an additional 16gb of RAM. Benchmarks had it up there with the best machines. Definitely recommend.
