I purchased this PC about a month ago and it has been nothing short of incredible. All of the main components such as the 4090 RTX, 14th gen i9 processor and 64 GB of RAM have all peformed beautifully. On 1440p, it's blown by resource heavy games like Cyberpunk 2077 and Starfield at 120 FPS, and it could definitely go beyond that. All the while, it's also a very quiet machine. Usually a lot of beefy PCs are the closest thing your ears will get to a jet engine, but not this. I was able to get fully immersed in every game I've played, due in part to no distractions from this quiet but deadly beast. It is also just beautiful design-wise. The front of the case has an eye-popping geometric pattern, the interior when seen from the side panel looks amazing, and the white really stands out. Pair it with the RGB set to blue and it just looks stunning. The keyboard and wired mouse that come packaged with it are great as well. When starting the process of putting together my new PC setup, I fully planned on buying separate peripherals. But these completely swayed me. The keyboard is satisfying to type on, has a great mechanical feel and the mouse has been a seamless fit from everything between scrolling through emails and playing FPS games. I can only offer praise for both of them. If there's one thing I didn't like about the PC, however, it was that the glass panel was a bit finnicky to remove and put back on again to get the protective foam out, but that is a very mild complaint about something I'll very rarely have to do. Other than that, this PC is perfect in pretty much every way. This is one of the best purchases I've ever made, and even if it were a higher price, I'd still recommend it to anyone looking for a high-end PC.

Let me start by saying that after reading everyone else's experience with this purchase it's a coin toss on whether it works or doesn't. Unfortunetly it seems like I was one of those who got unlucky. The computer arrived with one fan not working which Cyberpower tech was able to help walk me through how to fix. However I found quickly after that I was unable to play any game more than 1hr before the computer overheated and crashed the game. Not even just the intense games but every single game would cause a crash. For such an expensive computer the buyer should not be having to reach out to tech support multiple times in one month.

I thought I was gonna get quite the upgrade in my gaming experience, but what I got was a humongous letdown. My games, such as World of Warcraft and eve online constantly crashes. Right now I’ve traced the problem to either bad memory or overheating. For the amount of money I pay for this product I shouldn’t have to be troubleshooting it! So overall, this is a crap PC that I do not recommend to anybody. DO NOT BUY!

Dont buy! Haven't even had it a full month and cpu over heating and games crashing on launch with everything updated.

I looked everywhere on the internet for a custom made pc for weeks. I looked at all the go to sites for custom pc builders and the prices compared to this for lower end parts were astronomical and I would have paid more to get a worse pc and would have had to wait for weeks for delivery. CyberPowerPC is definitely the best parts for the best price with amazingly fast delivery. 10 outta 10 PC is amazing and the entire experience from ordering to delivery which was not even 10 days!!! to unboxing and getting the PC running was flawless. Thanks to the best buy employee who recommended this amazing PC!

Warning! Cpu thermal and power throttling out of the box for me. Would see the cpu hit 100*c playing Forza motorsport, can't adjust liquid cooler only radiator fans (didn't fix it). Called cyberpowerpc tech support, they told me to get a better cooler or replace cooler with better one. Otherwise ship it to them to see what they could do. Also, Very hard time finding an rgb controller to control computer RAM colors. Wouldn't change with bios option.

I do not recommend anyone to buy this product, and I still received very poor service, after my computer started heating up and crashing all my games, I changed the case, the fans and the liquid CPU cooler on my own and even so the problem persisted, when I finally took it for warranty they told me that the warranty would take up to 4 weeks to resolve, how can I pay so much for a product and have all this headache.

PC lasted about 14 days before the CPU started overheating to 100 C. Made gamine impossible with constant crashing. I should have read the reviews more thoroughly before I purchased. Thankfully had a 60 day warranty from Best Buy and returned the PC for full refund. Very poor build design for how expensive it is.

Packaged pretty good, its very fast but the lights on the keyboard stop working in 2 days

I have had this gaming computer for about a month and I am very happy it! It ran perfect from the first boot up and have had no issues. It is super fast and the graphics are amazing!

Computer is not worth the money. CPU overheats about an hour into playing a game. Don't understand how this was not tested and figured out before it was shipped out. Will have to buy a new cooler to try and cool the CPU down. Don't understand how this even made it to market. DO NOT BUY

Was decent at first but after 3 weeks in, Keeps crashing & overheating(Not even hard gaming, it crashes while playing The Sims 4 :/

For weeks I was online searching for a High-End PC that I can afford, I was shocked to find a Intel Core i9-14900KF - 64GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 24GB - 2TB SSD PC with that price. Also, I didn't expect it to be a very quiet machine. The performance of the PC is very satisfying, It is very well built and elegant. This is one of the best purchases I've ever made, I recommend it to anyone looking for a High-End PC.

Fast Delivery and quiet operation. I just got it but I will put it to the test.

Bought this since the specs met what i had planned on needing. Got it set up and its system is unstable to say the least. Its now a $3500 paperweight

This computer is fantastic. I hit the silicone lottery with the parts: Intel i9, ASUS Motherboard, MSI RTX 4090 video card, 64Gb TForce RAM...Ok, I never heard of them, but so far this PC is amazing. Highly recommended if you don't want to build your own. The cost is reasonable compared to what you'd buy picking parts. Easy enough to add an additional 4TB SSD make this thing future proof!

Worked great for 4 days, then the CPU died probably because of heat or warping.
