I normally build my PC's but getting a stand along 5080 was difficult, and as a pc builder this is one of the best prebuilts I have ever had. Packaging was great and I have had zero issues so far. The wire management is fantastic the computer ran right out of the box with zero issues. They even tell you how to properly inspect the pc to make sure there is no loose cables that came undone during shipping that could cause issues.

I recently bought a gaming PC from Best Buy, and it's been a good experience and was able to get a newly released GPU. Everything about the PC was great, from the shipping to its performance. Highly recommend!

It's a week later and for the specs, the cost is a steal. The packaging was solid and everything was in place. The guide was helpful. On boot up, no issues out of the box. However, after getting everything updated, the Bluetooth refused to work. Went through many "fixes" which never fixed it. Finally opted to buy a dongle which works great. So, I had to take a star off for that. I will say, CyberPower's website isn't all that helpful with issues. But for the cost, I'm thrilled with how well everything else works on the system. Looking forward to many years of enjoyment!

Overall quality is good. Was packaged upside down, but nothing was damaged, plenty of padding. Stock fans/radiator are a little loud. RGB was not customizable out of the box.

Great pc. I have not had any issues with it and I've had it for about a month.
