This desktop surprised me in a good way. It boots crazy fast, runs quietly, and handles 1080p gaming without any headaches. The Ryzen CPU is strong for multitasking, and the 16GB RAM + fast SSD keeps everything smooth. I didn’t have to tweak anything to get good performance, it just worked out of the box. The build looks clean, has upgrade room, and the system stays cool under load. The graphics card isn’t meant for ultra settings on every new game, but for the price of the whole PC, it does its job well — especially for popular titles and everyday use. If I want more power later, I can drop in a better GPU and be set. Overall, this is a solid value PC if you want something reliable, fast, and upgrade-friendly without building it yourself. Definitely satisfied.

overall, it was some good performance coming from pc absolutely no noise coming from my gaming pc. Pretty much runs good speed overall I barely play but when I do it runs for diablo 4 pretty well

I bought this as a first gaming computer for my 15 years old son. He's very picky when it comes to what he wants when gaming and I was getting this as a surprise so I was worried, but it exceeded all his expectations and mine. It's been 8 months and there hasn't been a single problem with the pc. It was easy to put together and also came with a mouse, keyboard and other little goodies like subscriptions and trials. I'm very impressed with this pc because my son who normally finds at least 1 issue with everything when gaming thought and still thinks it's perfect. The only problem he had was that his monitor wasn't fast enough to keep up with the computer so I had to buy a monitor with a higher hz. When showing it off to his friends he was the envy of the show because they thought his pc was better than theirs (he was the kast one to get a pc and they used to tease him fir still playing on a PS5). I guess CyberPower is a well known brand. If you purchase this pc you will not be disappointed.

Gaming and creative work are also great — smooth frame rates, fast rendering, and excellent response times for both keyboard and mouse. I gotta say, for a first PC, this runs great. I've always played on a laptop and the performance difference is huge. I can always upgrade it from what it is, but as a base model, this is a really great starter PC. Another note is that it stays pretty cool too, haven't had any overheating issues at all. Also the RGB effects are beautiful

I was lloking for a fast and affortable PC to get started again with my games and this computer completly overfullfill my expectations. The speed and smothness im able to play my Steam games its amaizing. I also use it to work from home and has zero noice wich its fantastic. Theres not other way around than this one

I bought this from the Oklahoma City Central location on 3/24, and I’ll be honest, I don’t know much about computers. I was a little unsure what to pick, but this ended up being a really great choice for us. One of the biggest reasons I felt comfortable with this purchase was Geek Squad. I had them set everything up and get everything going, and they were amazing. They explained things in a way I could actually understand and made the whole process feel simple instead of overwhelming. This computer has been used for everyday things like Microsoft Word, along with video editing and creating small projects like mini commercials. It’s also been used for games like Minecraft. Everything has been running smoothly so far, which has been a huge relief since we’re both still learning as we go. What really stands out to me is the peace of mind that comes with it. Knowing that if anything happens, we’re covered and able to get help without extra stress or unexpected costs makes a big difference. On top of that, the customer service has been great, which makes the whole experience feel even more reliable. It’s easy to use, runs smoothly, and has been exactly what we needed. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase and feel confident we made the right choice.

It's quite quiet, and is good at handling most games! It also arrived in a very timely manner, and was very well packaged. However the graphics drivers started corrupting constantly after a while, even after completely wiping and reinstalling all the firmware.

First time buyer of gaming PC for kiddo Christmas present. There were no issues with startup and setup was fast and easy. The PC is performing as expected and my son loves the glass structure allowing him to see the different components. The light up fans, keyboard and mouse are cool and something he really got excited about with this setup.

I was able to snag this setup for $600 on a Black Friday deal. I would not purchase it for more than that. I bought this with the intention to upgrade it using a solid foundation, and you'll quickly realize that this is a NECESSARY precaution. The included graphics card started blacking out randomly for a second or two sporadically, even after verifying all graphics drivers were up-to-date. The PC is very quiet, and the mobo/CPU are the least concerning things on this rig. The power supply is a bit small, but it handles things. The included mouse and keyboard add an extra star because I understand that some may not consider that kinda stuff when it comes to a first PC. All around, this is a decent starter PC, but if you're looking to get into more advanced games that are more VRAM intensive, consider purchasing a GPU upgrade alongside it or another setup all together.

I was determined to finally buy myself a gaming pc after years of gaming as a 90's kid. When my older pc's Windows 10 OS was no longer supported, I searched high and low for a decent gaming pc with within my budget. Let me tell you, as a 41 year old homeschooling mother of 3 gamer kids this thing is FUN. Our entire family spent last summer around it while I played Blue Prince until we beat it. (Well...there really is no "beating" Blue Prince IYKYK.) It handles hours of heavily modded minecraft with dubstep playing in the background like a champ. I did choose to upgrade the wifi receiver to wifi 6 which included an upgraded bluetooth. Other than than, its fantastic for the price.

As soon as you get this PC out of the box it’s a very easy set up. Once you get it set up it’s easy to understand. It’s very user-friendly. It’s got great graphics and it’s a great gaming PC. It’s got extras that you can download. You can even get a virtual assistant that can show up on your desktop and he can roam around randomly. It’s also a good buy. It’s a good computer for the price. Another great added feature is the lighting system. You can set it up to however you want it. If you listen to music a lot you could set it up where the lights interact with the music.

This pc was amazing because it’s was quiet and very fast this pc is a great pc for its value. In my opinion this is the best starter pc for people that have no expirience in pc components

I wouldn’t recommend this pc if you’re going to be heavily into games like sims, fivem etc. I purchased this pc mainly for those, minimal streaming & multi tasking and the pc can BARELY handle it without stuttering, blacking out and showing no image or straight up crashing and force exiting especially In fivem, the amount of crashes I’ve received because my GPU director failed is embarrassing and the amount of times my computer has complete shut down and restated due to the GPU is insane . The title claimed DDR5 but it’s actually DDR4. The GPU is terrible and low budget.. for the price you’d think better parts are being used but it’s all low end parts for big bucks. If you do buy this I recommend ALSO buying a GPU and possibly some RAM. If I could bring this back and get a better pc I would, this is not worth the money or the stress that comes with it when you just want to play the game for a couple hours without device complications.
