A: Team, Thank you for your support. Now I fixed it. It was caused by the CPU fan being plugged into the motherboard in the wrong place and the bottom fan cable not being fully connected.

When upgrading the graphics card, it is always recommended that you check the minimum power requirements and make sure your power supply can support it. Also please make sure your power supply has all of the necessary PCI-E cables for your new graphics card.
