A: It is a intel version of a dedicated gpu. This is not a igpu coming from the processor. Intel has come out with 4 dedicated graphics cards and this is one of the first ones being sold in a prebuilt

A: Yes it does. You won't face any thermal throttling because of the case. It had enough airflow.
