This is my second CyberPowerPC from BestBuy I couldn't have asked for a better deal for the price. The only thing I did was redo some cable management to use the multiple headers provided on the MB (Case fans and RGB were daisy chained to single header for each) which is not needed for functionality. For those curious, my specs were: Asus Z890 Max Gaming (you can compare it to Prime on Asus Global site), MSI Ventus 3x OC, Kingston NV3 4TB ssd. Tforce Delta RGB ram, non-modular power supply. PC did not come with Armoury Crate or MSI Afterburner installed but drivers were up to date at time of build (some new ones came out within days though). (pics are as received after placing the included GPU support) If I had to list a complaint, it did not come with the extra M.2 screws that would have been included with an off the shelf MB

The cooling system is unlike any other system I have ever seen or had. I used to build my computers back in the day, but when I saw this one, it had everything plus more that I could ask for. Gaming and streaming is flawless. Equipped with Wi-Fi 6, an amazing graphics card. Not to mention it is a flashy looking computer with a nice color scheme that is interchangeable. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend it, especially for gamers.

Great computer that runs amazing, i love it so far. It can run any game I like on ultra graphics and has incredible performance and processing power. No setup really required it is just ready to go, incredibly ease of access. A wonderful experience and product.

Over all 4.5 stars, only negative is that you need to download 3rd part light controller to stop it from lighting up or for finite control.

This computer is a beast. You need plenty of room because of it's large size, but if you have the space, it will handle any games on ultra settings, using dlss 4 and full ray tracing. And it runs cool the whole time.

Giving this 4.5 stars. After initial Windows 11 Home install, the Aura app wouldn't start due to missing driver. and case fan lighting wasn't controllable. After uninstalling Aura, and installing Armory Crate, lighting was controllable. Would have been 5 stars if a Modular power supply included (power supply is the only part I plan on replacing), but I was expecting this for a pre-built. Parts were Motherboard - Asus Z890 Max Gaming Wifi 7, MSI Ventus 3X OC 5080, Kingston 4TB NV3 ssd, 6400 Memory with cas 34 latency (set with XMP profile), standard cyber power 360mm AIO cooler (keeps CPU relatively cool), and a non-modular 1000w power supply (will replace with higher quality). Case is a Lian Li Prism 321V. So far, no other issues. Plan on keeping for 5 or more years, so will upgrade the power supply (I believe it is Apevia but it is hidden in it's own compartment, so I can't really tell).

Got a gigabyte 5080 graphics card with this Pc. Highly impressed for the price and would recommend Cyberpower PC to anyone. 9.5/10

Ordered and received the system just before memorial day for a weekend of gaming. It's been running great ever since. This is my second cyberpower system purchase in the past year and both have been flawless out of the box. Will definitely consider these guys when it's time to upgrade the wife's pc.

I have used the PC for about a couple of weeks, and I've been really happy with the performance. It was definitely time for an upgrade, and if I'm looking for a new prebuilt in the future, I will be buying again from CyberPowerPC.

Bought this pc online and when I got it everything worked fine. One of the ram sticks was faulty so I brought the pc to geek squad to check the problem. I sent both ram sticks back Cyberpower for replacements. Had to wait a couple weeks and got the replacements delivered today. Installed them now the hdmi, mouse and keyboard are not being recognized. I had no problem before i brought this computer to geek squad. They had my pc in the back for over 45 minutes saying they are installing Armoury Crate, which i NEVER asked them to do they wen ahead and did it anyway. I dont know what else was done in the back because you cant see what they are doing to your device. All I know is this computer does not work and was working fine other than the one faulty ram stick prior to bringing to geek squad. Now they are giving me problems saying they cant do anything and have to carry the computer to the store again. I would be very careful with geek squad they are shady.

Beware, looks like they remove negative reviews. I purchased this and it didnt work. i had a terrible experience with CyberPowerPC's customer service and an even worse experience with Best Buy's customer service. I was told I had two weeks to return it when I picked it up from Best Buy. I tried to return it after 13 days when I finally gave up trying to get it to work, and Best Buy suddenly said I'd only had 8 days to return it and refused. I couldn't believe they wouldnt honor their own policy. Finally a manager allowed me to return it, but the whole experience with both CyberPowerPC and Best Buy was the worst retail experience of my life. I left a negative review a couple weeks ago since the computer never worked for me, and it is not shown here, so either they refused to post the review or they removed it.

Excellent power for a budget high end machine. The graphics quality is amazing and the case buffers almost all noise so gaming with high frame rates is quiet.

Got this PC and was very excited about it having all of these great components. Not even three weeks and the PC will no longer power on. Best Buy has their crappy 15 day warranty and it is just four days past the warranty. Now I have to go through cyber power to try to fix it And at that point I feel like I should have been charged for a refurbished PC once it’s fixed, not a brand new PC considering it’s broken and needs to be fixed. Absolutely devastating this thing cost way too much money for this type of issue.
