I have been shopping Best Buy for years, and all of there stores in the Hampton Roads area are very good, Customer Service, prices, and Quality, Best Buy, Have Employees that know there job very well, they are very knowledgeable about their products, I have never had to return any product because of it not being what I wanted. I purchased some Sonos speaker stands not knowing anything about them, but the sales person knew exactly what I needed. Thank Guys. David C
