The Dacor 1.1 Cu. Ft. Convection Over-the-Range Microwave is not only functional but also a stylish addition to my kitchen. I purchased a Open Box one, I loved the thin look. However upon initial installment it worked but when I went to use later, it would shut off after a few seconds and I had to unplug and plug back in and it would shut down each time and I would have to unplug and plug back in. (For the regular cost it did not have features like Air fry nor Conv which was disappointing) Upon contacting the store in persn the associates were very helpful and they sent repair man to come out to repair. They did, it did the same thing so I eventually had to return. At which time again the associates were very helpful and I purhased another brand of microwave and am thus farr ver happy.

Just the right size for our space. Very easy to use.
