This Dacor µwave replaced the same model that we'd had for probably 15 years. I was surprised that they were still in production with this model, but glad that they were, since it slipped right into the old trim pieces and was up and running in about 30 minutes. This is really a dandy microwave, and convection oven, although we haven't used it much in that mode. Very reliable, easy to use and roomy inside.

Imagine my relief when I was able to replace my 20 year old built in microwave oven with the same unit. Thank you Dacor

Excellent in-wall microwave. Looks great and simple intuitive controls. Works great. This was a replacement for our original identical microwave that served us well for 20 years.

This is a replacement for the same microwave. I needed white which is no longer available, so I accepted a beautiful stainless steel. My old unit was 20 years old and still working, but the door was a little cranky. Performance is excellent just like the old; however, I haven’t tried confection baking yet.

This order was a replacement for the same model purchased in 2006. I waited 3+ months for it to be delivered. When it finally arrived there were 3 things that I was disappointed/upset about. The tray that came with it is now white, the original was black. This is a stainless steel with black trim unit. Where on earth did white come from? Totally cheapens the look for a $1,200 price tag. The clock on the front now has white, very bright (in your face) led lights, the original was a soft green. They no longer match, though one is on top of the other in my cabinet. The surface stainless steel is very different from the original. The original was smooth, the new one has light lines going through it. Looks really cheap. I called the manufacturer to complain, but they didn't care. Suggested I buy something else, but I can't because I was trying to match my wall oven. I told them if you are going to change features, you should use a different model number. So unprofessional!

Microwave goes great with our existing oven. Perfect fit. Replaced older Jennair perfectly. Haven’t used it to realize how it functions. Expect it to work well.

Great purchase. Replaced for a Dacor bought in 2008. Although slightly different, fit perfectly in built in space with no need for extra hardware.

Dacor definitely builds a quality microwave! I’m replacing my old Dacor with a newer version and I am completely satisfied with the new one!

This was an identical replacement of the same microwave that was more than 10 years old before it died. A good microwave but the new one showed up with finger prints between the panels of glass on the door. Impossible to remove.

This is my second purchase of a dacor oven and am very pleased. I will buy again in future. I also let others know how pleased i am with my dacor microwave convection oven. I use it many times each day.....thank you...

Great appliance. Microwave and convection oven. This is my second one. Dacor makes this great product and it will last for many years. My first one was 15 years old.

The product is a replacement for same unit that I have had for more than 12 years. It is a great microwave but when I got it out of the box it was damaged (superficially) but none the less damaged and will be replaced. Replacement time is 3 months Wow.

We have been using this convection microwave oven for a few weeks. Use it several times daily. So glad we bought this. Loving it.

The product is great. Replaced same one that lasted 20 years! I'm just not happy with Best Buy because i didn't get any rewards for it because i used a personal credit card instead of their BB credit card. That's a horrible new policy they started in 2023, and cost them this customer. I spoke to a BB supervisor and they didn't care one bit. Good by Best Buy!
