I have several Dacor appliances. However for the fridge at this price, the capacity and features are not much more than the fridges half the price. The electronic controls needs to be lit for a minute or so -- shuts down in less than 3sec before you even have a chance to read all and pick The optional feature of turning the lower right part to fridge or freezer is great, and so it the whiskey ice balls -- cool!

Best buy never completed installation. Ordered Oct 28th, finally had to go to store to cancel. Noone in customer service would respond.

The Dacor panel kit for 48" French Door refrigerators (DRF48 series) is a retailer-fulfilled accessory, and Dacor does not have visibility into or control over Best Buy’s installation scheduling or customer service escalation. That said, this is not the experience we want associated with our products.
If the panel kit was canceled and you still intend to complete your installation, we recommend one of the following:
Purchasing the panel kit through a Dacor-authorized dealer or appliance specialist who coordinates installation directly
Working with a local, independent installer who can install the panels once obtained (they do not require factory service)
If you would like, we can also help confirm compatibility, provide installation documentation, or assist in locating an authorized dealer alternative so you can move forward without further delays.
