Awesome throw back to games like armored core and has tons of customization for your mech and pilot and has some pretty cool graphics like Shin Megami.

It's a fun experience with mech fighting. If you like customizing, Arcade style actions games, and Anime then this is a good game. Its not perfect but it is good first entry. The sequel is coming out soon and the demo looks and plays so much better, cant wait!!

Employing stark and bold bright colours to bring character to its world, Daemon X Machina is one of the nicest looking games on the Switch, even if the performance does falter at times. It does look a bit garish at first, but it’s a unique and visually striking art style that really sets apart Daemon X Machina from the rest. I’d recommend playing the game docked as on handheld things can get blurry.

Flasy, action-packed, and pumping music, Daemon X Machina is a lot of fun to play. While it isn't the most unique game on the market, and it can be a little repetitive, all of the other elements make it worth checking out. Overall, it's one of my favorite games for the Switch, and I wish it had gotten more attention than it did.

Daemon X Machina is a mech combat game much in the same vein as Mobile Suit Gundam or Zone of the Enders. You can battle on the ground, or take to the air for some fast and fluid aerial combat. It also offers decent customization options for your mech ,and has a great sense of style and flair, with gorgeous, if a little sparse, graphics, and anime style cut scenes and characters. The controls are responsive and intuitive, and even when the action got a little stale and repetitious, it didn't hamper my play experience too much. I would definitely recommend this game on the Switch or Windows, if you have access to a gaming PC. Either way, you won't be disappointed.

this game has a learning curve...but try the demo out on the eshop because the more you learn and customize and upgrade ur mech the better the game gets!!! im happy to have this type of game on the switch and appreciate what they are trying to create so im not as critical as others have been with this game. i like it alot and this is without even touching the online multiplayer which i hope to play later but for now im happy and recommend it to others

Mech anime influenced game DAEMON X MACHINA brings a lot of fresh ideas and fun mechanics to the Switch. You get to pilot a mech and explore the city hunting down other mechs. Daemon x Machina is a mech based hunting rpg in the vein of Armored Core which Marvelous Studios also made and Monster Hunter (Capcom). Overall it is one of the freshest looking games on switch because of the anime art style and the combat is fun. There is a story but the main crux of the game is being able to customize and fight with your mech. Boss battles a very much like Monster Hunter where the mech vs. mech combat is very much like Armored Core.

If you love fighting mechs shooters now is your chance ! Very tight controls and an advanced leveling up system. Graphics are slick amd stylish. Story is a bit inconsistent but that's about it.

This is a really cool mecha action game. Lots of customization for you and your mech. Gameplay is nice, never experienced any performance issue. Missions arent too lomg and boss battles are really good. This game isn't for everyone. The story isn't that coherent and there isn't much world building. However if you go into this game and expect a cool mecha action game, with good gameplay and lots of customization, you wont be dissappointed. There is a demo on the eshop, I recommend playing a fee missions to get a feel for the game.

So it is fun to be able to swap from flying and on the ground with it feeling pretty smooth. Picking weapons for your mech is pretty good since there is quite a few options to fit your play style. Customizing your character itself doesn't matter too much since by the end you most likely will be completely metal by the end so hairstyles and eyes doesn't matter too much. The story itself was fairly interesting but had the problem that it felt like it could have been expanded on but other than that it was really fun.

Honestly, the trailer didn't sell it for me, but once I actually started playing the game, it became an absolute keeper. Its got a pretty decent customization system ranging from your human pilot to the mecha unit called an Arsenal. The large amounts of gameplay options and nods to all ranges of the genre were well used. However, its apparently not for those looking for a good story. It's not a problem for me since I'm in it for the sweet Mecha and customization! Definitely a gem of a game on the Switch only (?).

If you’re looking for an action mech game to play, this is definitely a recommend. I first downloaded the demo before this physical purchase and knew I wanted to get it then. Great music, controls, anime style characters with good voice acting. Alot of ways to customize your mech and human character.

If you want a fantastic mech combat game with a ton of customization options then this is your game. The story is mediocre and the pacing is bad which takes away from immersion but the game is still undeniably fun, also they will be adding pvp from what I understand which will definitely add to the pro column as long as it is implemented well

The music is awesome feeling, the combat is fluid and it's all running at a super stable 60 FPS on the Switch. Customization is a blast, and parts collecting is nice. The starter missions for Rank E kinda blow, but get into Rank D in the game and everything starts to open up and you'll see the charm.

Love this game. The story is forgettable and just ok. The gameplay and the mechanics of placing weapons and armor from defeated enemies is fun. A must play. The online coop is addictive. The boss designs added with a great anime art style is pleasing.

Daemon X Machina brings a lot of awesome fresh features to this genre. I love the style. Everything feels really cohesive. The action is way more fast paced than the armored core games we have gotten use to. Some of the mission areas are too small with how fast u can go.

If you like mech games in general or Armored Core, this is right up your alley. For other action game fans, there is still a lot to offer and the game continues to receive updates. The story is a little hard to follow but the action is great.

There isn't many mech games to begin with, so this has been a breath of fresh air. Fantastic gameplay and a pretty bad plot, can't ask for more. Unfortunately, handicapped due to the specs on the Switch, but still a decent game.
