Clean any dust off the air inlet and outlet. 2. Fill with room temperature water. 3. Move the ice maker to a warmer place where the ambient temperature is higher than 5°C. 4. Q: Does this machine make pellet ice or standard ice cubes?
A: No and No, They are in the shape of a bullet But they are closer to the size of a ice cube.

Q: How do you drain it if it does not have that feature on it
A: Hello Peanut, This icemaker does have a drain at he back of the unit near the bottom.
