My Husband and I were looking for a freezer, that was affordable and not big and bulky. Well! We found it! It's nice, light in weight, and does a great job. Only issue, it did come with a small dent. Wasn't a huge deal however, when you pay for a new product and then to see an imperfection, makes one' feel some type of way.

Definitely helps keep enough food for two so you save money by buying in bulk and doesn't take up much space.

Doesn't take up too much space and still have plenty of room for storage. Plug in and use, no set up needed. It does make some noise, but no louder than my normal fridge and unnoticeable from other rooms (freezer chest sits in laundry room). The drain valve feels kind of loose, but seems to make decent seal. No problems so far.

This freezer is nice and quite and larger than I expected. Came with a few dents and it is in my kitchen, but too much hassle to return.

This freezer is just the right size for our needs. Except for a few dents when delivered it works great. If I was buying again I would not have it delivered .

This is a perfect size for people who want extra space but are not looking to store a processed deer or half a cow. Works great. Read other reviews on how it was damaged on arrival. I did pick up at store to avoid this. Still came with scrapes all along the bottom on both sides and a 1 inch wide dent on the back left corner. This sits in the unfinished section of my basement so I don't really care how it looks but it would not be acceptable if it was somewhere visitors could see it.

I didn't think a .2 difference would of mattered but it is actually a pretty good size freezer. So far so good, no problems at all and it was cold within a few hours of setting up. The bad part was that it came all dented, but I was too lazy to go return it for another.

Fits well in a small space but can hold a good amount of contents. A good supplement to our freezer need.

I use the freezer in our garage. It's just the right size.

On time delivery. No damage of any kind. Working great so far.

This freezer is just the perfect size to supplement two refrigerator freezers. We are now able to buy in bulk.

purchased the freezer new and it arrived damaged inside the box. requested a second freezer to be shipped to replace the first one sent damaged. the second freezer arrived damaged worse than the first freezer inside the box. i would not purchase this freezer and very poor customer service by best buy. the fact they shipped the freezer damaged inside the box both times is bad service. the shipping box was not damaged either the freezer was packaged damaged. TWICE. the first freezer is damaged in two places. the second freezer is damaged in four places.

I have only had this freezer for two months. So far, it is doing a great job. I will redo this review if anything changes
