I will never buy a product from this company again. It was delivered broken, I contacted them to help me troubleshoot and they said to contact Best Buy so I did I called Best Buy and the woman on the phone said to bring it to my local store and they will ship it to the company for warranty repair. I got to the store with the dehumidifier and they said they can't do that and the warranty is with the company, not Best Buy. I was told by both that Best Buy was where I had to go. So now I'm not going to be boycotting Best Buy for my $187 paper weight. SHAME ON YOU

This dehumidifier is very quite and all ready saved me lots of money because I am able to turn my ac to 78 and it still feels like it's set on 73 degrees. It's all ready paid for itself. I definitely recommend getting one in this high humidity climate.
