This is a great concept to easily buy a new battery and install it on the iPhone. However, the tools in the kit were limited and missing the one needed to remove one of the internal screws. There was no instructions so I had to cross reference from YouTube. I ended up not changing the battery and taking it back to the store.

The BestBuy salesman apered to be totally unprofessional, recommending batteries which do not fit trhe model, for both laptop and iphone
