Worked for about 3 days, then would only turn on for a few seconds and black screen. Tried it in multiple outlets on four different computers with the same outcome-- using both HDMI and DPI. It's clearly a power issue. The monitor is useless because there is no picture.

I will NEVER recommend Deco Gear to anyone. I purchased a 40in monitor and I was really excited that it was plug and play. When I received the monitor I tried to connect it with my MacBook Pro(m2) and it wouldn't connect, I attempted with my work laptop which is a MacBook Air(m3) and that did not work either, I spent upwards of $200 in cords to try to get the monitor to connect with my laptops and nothing worked. Their customer service hours are NOT convenient so I had to wait for a day that I could get out early from work to call. After finally getting someone on the phone she told me there was nothing further to try and trouble shoot since I tried all the cords and changing setting. She said they could only exchange the monitor AFTER I sent a video showing everything I explained then once it arrived at their warehouse they would ship me another. If this was a more well known company I MIGHT have been ok with that but considering everything I had already been through I did not trust that they would send me a new one. The process seemed sketchy. I will be returning this monitor will be discouraging anyone and everyone from purchasing anything from this brand.

Other reviews had me worried about the product, but I've had no problems after 2 months. This is my first ultrawide. I like the viewing angle and color, it's better than my last two monitors. When I play older games, I think using this screen's max refresh rate at native resolution is incredible. The 75hz is good for anyone who avoids too much AI upscaling. GPUs haven't been getting raw power, so the high refresh rates on namebrand monitors seem like overkill. I came from 60hz, so this is an upgrade regardless. The screen's real estate and razor-sharp text is great for productivity. I am happy that I discovered 5k2k is so affordable!
