I’m very happy with this laptop! The touchscreen is smooth and responsive, the 2K display looks beautiful, and the performance is fast for work, browsing, and everyday tasks. Baught this just to play a simple game, great laptop. Picture looks clear perfect for transport and on the go! no complaints 5/5 . purchased a computer before this with windows 11 home S mode. now those computers are a scam 100% dont buy those. Windows 11 home is perfect!

Laptop is great. Lightweight easily configured speedy enough for our use. Touchscreen is a nice option to allow for drawing etc. Battery life seems to on average use, move into more graphic intense programs it may get shorter but so far very good. Operationally very easy to use and work within our areas.

Really good laptop for the price so far. Purchased it on sale. It was 30% off regular price and have been using it for live streaming Karaoke events so far. Layout is good with the screen being crisp. Having windows 11 is nice. SO far so good.

If you're looking for a budget laptop for schooling or business related needs, this laptop will work exactly as intended. If you don't expect it to be a powerhouse gaming PC that can run the latest and greatest games, then this will meet your expectations. It can have quite a few tabs open on chrome without lag or issue, and it can run Minecraft, albeit with some struggling here and there. Altogether, this is a servicable budget laptop that can handle the needs of most students or business professionals. The battery life is not great for on the go use, but you can get a couple hours out of it off the charger.

It's an okay laptop but it's pricey for what it offers. The laptop struggles to perform under smaller loads. It's 2026 and here are some of the issues why these laptops don't sell in good numbers. 1. Keyboard design is 2 decades old. Why would you design a nice looking laptop and try to fit in a full Keyboard with numeric pad on a laptop? Because of that, keyboard isn't centered and it's quite unergonomic. 2. No keyboard backlighting. If they would have chose a standard keyboard over a full one, they might have been able to save enough to provide a back lighted keyboard. 3. No, USB charging. Such a design disappointment by trying to skip USB-C charging. Too lazy and lost a good opportunity on reducing cost on charger brick. 4. Screen isn't calibrated and no matter what video mode you use, the image is over saturated. You provide and a 2K screen and ruined it by being lazy again. 5. Volume is okay but sounds quality should have been the focus. Whoever designed this laptop should they out different laptops and see why people love them. For example, Macbooks and at least have a sensible design at least for keyboard.

the computer works great, the issue is waiting 20 minutes for salespeople from best buy watertown to come to see you to buy anything from this store, the store manager that should be there today Saturday 24th may 2026 at 11AM, wasnt there, the cashiers said his name is "Clifort Emmanuel" you can double check with your shifts. This store is a nightmare, good luck managing to get someone to help you thought

I’ve been very happy with this Dell 15.6" touchscreen laptop. The 2K display is sharp, bright, and responsive, making it great for both work and entertainment. Overall the speed is good however the keyboard sinks in when I type. For the price it seems pretty good but I will be retuning it as I can’t type and worry about breaking it

I love my new Dell - 15.6" 2K touchscreen - Intel Core i5 1334U 2023 - 8GB Memory - 512 GB storage Carbon Black Laptop. It's much faster and easier to use than the old HP Laptop with only 4GB Memory that I used for 10+ years. My son works for Dell, and he advised me to buy this laptop.

I did purchase this Dell lap top and I do enjoy my purchase. One of the features that could be worked on is the ports on the side. It could have about 1 or 2 more. This is a Dell and Dell stands out & not just blends in with all other computers.

Amazing piece of hardware not too powerful but also not the lowest of Baseline internal component technology more than sufficient for common school work as well as personal Administration. Also enough technology kick to support light gaming a good starter computer.

This laptop is very fast and connects to zoom and other apps without problems. I'm very happy with this purchase. Also, the help at my Best Buy was beyond helpful. Great experience.

I had this exact laptop and when it went out, I bought the same exact one again so needless to say I love this to do minimal work. I’m not a stream or a gamer or anything, but it’s a really good deal for the money.

Excellent for daily tasks and entertainment. I purchased to replace my MacBook Air which died for no reason after one night of charging. They couldn't fix it. The Dell is a more affordable replacement and I'm happy.

A great overall workhorse for anything a daily user would ever do - with speed, reliability, and capabilities for much more. Fun to discover how to be creative with minimal effort!

It is a good Dell laptop, has touch screen, screen quality is not the best, brightness seems to be low still, 2 USB ports, heats up often if used for too long, overall performance is slow and takes very long time to respond to apps and start up the system. It can only be used for small task purposes and light office use. I didn't like that it heated up too often while opening up any applications or multitasking.
