The individual was able to help find best open box item that met my needs. It has been done just that. No items were missing and was in unopened/unused condition. Laptop is very fast and has met my requirements.

I misread an thought this was Inspirion 15 touchscreen but its ok i will just buy another one later in 2 months. I thought this was great quality I also didnt read the gb memory I should have got 32gb instead of 8. It works well and it had nice graphics.

I liked this laptop so much that I bought another one when the old one died

It’s is not 2k resolution. Never buy without checking all the features.BB mislead you with false title and won’t bother to correct their mistake. Once you open the box that’s it . I thought it’s 2k and bought it as is cheaper price but I was fooled . Eventually landed up in a situation where I couldn’t buy it from other websites which had much better deal . I am regular buyer from Best Buy but my trust was shattered and my over confidence on BB killed me . Don’t ever buy this or regret if you buy it . Support will just ignore you when you highlight the mistake . I hope my review get posted and they don’t block my review.

If you're looking for a budget laptop for schooling or business related needs, this laptop will work exactly as intended. If you don't expect it to be a powerhouse gaming PC that can run the latest and greatest games, then this will meet your expectations. It can have quite a few tabs open on chrome without lag or issue, and it can run Minecraft, albeit with some struggling here and there. Altogether, this is a servicable budget laptop that can handle the needs of most students or business professionals. The battery life is not great for on the go use, but you can get a couple hours out of it off the charger.

great computer for the money if on a budget. boots up quickly. mine is freezing some but we are going to make sure its softwear is updated. Wish I had noticed the 10 key on the right side, I don't need it. Love to be able to use my finger to scroll, I have only owned Dells for 20 years.

This laptop was purchased for light, general, everyday use in a kitchen office nook and for utility when vacationing. It has sufficient speed and storage. The numeric keypad is a nice feature, as is the touchscreen. It is well worth the price.

Love this laptop! I needed a laptop with reliable performance and speed. I'm using it for speeches and powerpoint presentations after other laptops didn't perform well (with all the images). I have a friend who has one and let me borrow it. Once I used it I ditched my laptop and bought this Dell. Affordable and reliable performance!

Baught this just to play a simple game, great laptop. Picture looks clear perfect for transport and on the go! no complaints 5/5 . purchased a computer before this with windows 11 home S mode. now those computers are a scam 100% dont buy those. Windows 11 home is perfect!

This Dell Laptop is small and slender, making it easy to transport. It is very fast to start up and shut down. It is easy to read and do searches. I will use this for personal reasons.

Laptop is great. Lightweight easily configured speedy enough for our use. Touchscreen is a nice option to allow for drawing etc. Battery life seems to on average use, move into more graphic intense programs it may get shorter but so far very good. Operationally very easy to use and work within our areas.
