I liked this laptop so much that I bought another one when the old one died

It’s is not 2k resolution. Never buy without checking all the features.BB mislead you with false title and won’t bother to correct their mistake. Once you open the box that’s it . I thought it’s 2k and bought it as is cheaper price but I was fooled . Eventually landed up in a situation where I couldn’t buy it from other websites which had much better deal . I am regular buyer from Best Buy but my trust was shattered and my over confidence on BB killed me . Don’t ever buy this or regret if you buy it . Support will just ignore you when you highlight the mistake . I hope my review get posted and they don’t block my review.

I’ve been using this laptop for a while now and it’s perfect for everyday tasks. The touchscreen is responsive, it boots up fast, and the battery life gets me through the day. Definitely worth it!

If you're looking for a budget laptop for schooling or business related needs, this laptop will work exactly as intended. If you don't expect it to be a powerhouse gaming PC that can run the latest and greatest games, then this will meet your expectations. It can have quite a few tabs open on chrome without lag or issue, and it can run Minecraft, albeit with some struggling here and there. Altogether, this is a servicable budget laptop that can handle the needs of most students or business professionals. The battery life is not great for on the go use, but you can get a couple hours out of it off the charger.

Great computer low battery life touch screen I love this computer

This laptop was purchased for light, general, everyday use in a kitchen office nook and for utility when vacationing. It has sufficient speed and storage. The numeric keypad is a nice feature, as is the touchscreen. It is well worth the price.

Love this laptop! I needed a laptop with reliable performance and speed. I'm using it for speeches and powerpoint presentations after other laptops didn't perform well (with all the images). I have a friend who has one and let me borrow it. Once I used it I ditched my laptop and bought this Dell. Affordable and reliable performance!

Laptop is great. Lightweight easily configured speedy enough for our use. Touchscreen is a nice option to allow for drawing etc. Battery life seems to on average use, move into more graphic intense programs it may get shorter but so far very good. Operationally very easy to use and work within our areas.

He had a desktop that took a dump and wanted a laptop to replace it. I didn’t want to order anything, so I went in asked for a brand, a screen size that was touch screen and within a certain price and this is where I landed. My pops is 85 but still in tune with life, so I had to get him started but after that he could access his emails and all the websites he needed access to for his church responsibilities. He says it’s faster than the old one but the screen a an inch or two too small for his big fingers to use touch screen. But he laughed and said, no complaints really.

It is a good Dell laptop, has touch screen, screen quality is not the best, brightness seems to be low still, 2 USB ports, heats up often if used for too long, overall performance is slow and takes very long time to respond to apps and start up the system. It can only be used for small task purposes and light office use. I didn't like that it heated up too often while opening up any applications or multitasking.

the computer works great, the issue is waiting 20 minutes for salespeople from best buy watertown to come to see you to buy anything from this store, the store manager that should be there today Saturday 24th may 2026 at 11AM, wasnt there, the cashiers said his name is "Clifort Emmanuel" you can double check with your shifts. This store is a nightmare, good luck managing to get someone to help you thought
