It's very fast and I love that the screen is still touch

Spent some real time with this Dell before writing a review, and it's held up well across the things that matter most to me. Speed: The i7 1355U paired with 16GB of RAM is plenty for everything in my daily workflow — multiple browser windows open, video calls running, documents and spreadsheets going at the same time. Boot up is fast, the 512GB SSD makes file access instant, and I haven't run into the lag or stutter I had with my previous machine. Display: The 2K resolution makes a real difference. Text is sharp, colors are accurate, and it's bright enough that I don't have to squint near a window. The touchscreen has been a nice bonus when I want to scroll quickly or interact with something on screen without reaching for the trackpad. Battery: This was the one I was most skeptical about, but it's been a pleasant surprise. I can get through a normal work day without hunting for an outlet, and it charges back up quickly. Build quality is solid, the keyboard is comfortable for long typing sessions, and the carbon black finish looks sharp without feeling flashy. Good laptop for students with a full time course load. Not sure it would be good for technology students but it works great for my art degree. Battery life is a little weak when in use for a few hours and drains quicker from games like Roblox. However the charge is very quick, my battery will be fully charged in less than an hour with 10 tabs open on chrome as well as Spotify. Speed is very fast have never been stuck loading ever. Touchscreen works very well and is amazing functionality for reading textbooks to scroll through. I would recommend this laptop.

I recently upgraded my 2021 Dell laptop to this one. It’s an affordable option that I’ve been thoroughly enjoying. I’ve used it for design and data analysis, and I haven’t encountered any issues like slowdowns or freezes. Additionally, it’s lightweight and constructed with high-quality materials.

Fast, sleek, and doing its job. The reason I don't give it 5 stars is because I have a few tabs open to check email, news, accounts, etc. basic stuff, but in the task manager the RAM is up to 12.5G out of 16G, why is it taking so much RAM? I haven't really put it through its paces yet. I bought this brand new.

This laptop provides plenty of speed and memory for all of my home office needs. I really like the size of the screen and the battery life while on the go. I wish it had a backlit keyboard, it’s somewhat difficult to see in dim lighting. Overall I’ve been very pleased with my purchase.

Additionally, the Carbon Black chassis looks sleek and feels surprisingly lightweight for its size. The only downside is battery life; powering such a high-resolution 2K touch display drains the battery a bit faster than expected, meaning you'll want to keep your charger close by for long workdays. Overall, it's a fast, premium, and highly reliable machine.

This is a great product! Iam using for my HO job and works perfectly. From the start and the easy mode to setup "by yourself" and the guidance during the installation makes that you feel more comfortable when you are using it. The advantage with the touch screen is great more when you are sharing screens with the same feature. In general it's a great tool. I decided to buy this one because I already have one that is totally reliable to perform my HO activities.
