Spent some real time with this Dell before writing a review, and it's held up well across the things that matter most to me. Speed: The i7 1355U paired with 16GB of RAM is plenty for everything in my daily workflow — multiple browser windows open, video calls running, documents and spreadsheets going at the same time. Boot up is fast, the 512GB SSD makes file access instant, and I haven't run into the lag or stutter I had with my previous machine. Display: The 2K resolution makes a real difference. Text is sharp, colors are accurate, and it's bright enough that I don't have to squint near a window. The touchscreen has been a nice bonus when I want to scroll quickly or interact with something on screen without reaching for the trackpad. Battery: This was the one I was most skeptical about, but it's been a pleasant surprise. I can get through a normal work day without hunting for an outlet, and it charges back up quickly. Build quality is solid, the keyboard is comfortable for long typing sessions, and the carbon black finish looks sharp without feeling flashy. This Dell 15.6" 2K touchscreen laptop has been an excellent upgrade. The 13th‑gen i7 processor and 16GB of memory make multitasking smooth, and the 2K display is crisp with great color. The touchscreen is responsive, and the build feels solid without being too heavy. Storage is fast, and overall performance has been reliable for work and daily use. This laptop provides plenty of speed and memory for all of my home office needs. I really like the size of the screen and the battery life while on the go. I wish it had a backlit keyboard, it’s somewhat difficult to see in dim lighting. Overall I’ve been very pleased with my purchase.

Fast, sleek, and doing its job. The reason I don't give it 5 stars is because I have a few tabs open to check email, news, accounts, etc. basic stuff, but in the task manager the RAM is up to 12.5G out of 16G, why is it taking so much RAM? I haven't really put it through its paces yet. I bought this brand new.

The only downside is battery life; powering such a high-resolution 2K touch display drains the battery a bit faster than expected, meaning you'll want to keep your charger close by for long workdays. Overall, it's a fast, premium, and highly reliable machine.

I needed a budget friendly laptop for school and as an older student I'm not very tech savvy. Not only did this exceed the required specs, I was able to get it during the Memorial Day sale so it was even cheaper! The touchscreen was a nice addition as well, it comes in handy for signatures and some games.

I recently bought a Dell computer and I’m happy with it so far. It’s fast, easy to set up, and handles everyday tasks smoothly. The design looks nice and the display is clear. The only downside was some extra pre-installed apps, but they were easy to remove. Overall, a solid purchase for the price.

Very easy to set up and use right away. Everything worked. I experienced a little bit of a speed lag loading some web pages and programs.

This is my 2nd purchase of this model because it performs exceptionally for my tasks for multiple businesses. I keep an average of 40 tabs open and run all kinds of apps. Sometimes moving back and forth between 3-4 documents while analyses and processes are running. The Intel CORE17 is the perfect amount of processing power. What I did not like was the barrel charger stopped working after about 3-4yrs, a common complaint inline. A newly purchased charger worked about 6 weeks, same as in online complaints, and then no longer. The old and new chargers will work but only when you find the sweet spot by moving the cord about, which was extremely unreliable for my work. All the other features like the touch screen and size the outweighed the charger issue for me. The array of connection ports are great for presentation set-up. I also cast to other devices which I found easy and user friendly.

Display is great, screen is just the right size. Would definitely buy again.
