I recently purchased this laptop but unfortunately had to return it due to multiple performance issues. From the start, the device would frequently freeze and restart unexpectedly, often displaying a “your computer ran into a problem” message without any clear error code. This made it unreliable for even basic tasks. I attempted troubleshooting, including installing updates, but the issues continued. For a brand-new device, I expected a much smoother experience. On a positive note, the return process was straightforward, but the product itself did not meet expectations in terms of reliability.
