I got this from open box excellent condition. Price was cut into half and this is a good deal. The Dell 16S is a premium, productivity-focused laptop with an excellent 16-inch 3K OLED touchscreen. The display is the standout: it is sharp, colorful, smooth at 120Hz, and spacious enough for multitasking, photo work, and entertainment. With an Intel Core Ultra 9 processor and 32GB of memory, it should feel very responsive for demanding office work, creative projects, and running many apps at once. The slim aluminum design and Celestial Blue finish give it a polished, high-end feel. The biggest compromise is the 512GB SSD, which may fill quickly for anyone storing large media files or games. Its integrated graphics also make it better suited to everyday work and light creative use than serious gaming. Overall, this is a strong choice for someone who values a large, beautiful screen, plenty of memory, and fast performance in a sleek laptop. Just plan on external or upgraded storage if 512GB is not enough for your needs.

Purchased for my wife's business (bookkeeping, tax returns, payroll, data entry and other financial cloud operations). Overall: It has performed, but not quite as fast at operations as I would like (possibly due to bloatware). Pros: Sleek, lightweight and does not seem to put off a lot of heat. Let's say it's holding it's own after 30 days of owning it. I can't speak to battery life yet, as it's rarely unplugged. Cons: * Windows 11 Home - at this price point, I definitely expect Windows 11 Pro. I had to pay the $100 upgrade fee before we could even get to work. * Bloatware - I wish Dell would package these with less apps that just eat up RAM and hard drive space. Several of them will cause problems if you simply uninstall them because they're very intertwined into the OS. I feel like most of the preinstalled Dell software hurts the performance of these machines. * Integrated graphics - While it helps by allowing a slimmer profile and a cooler running laptop without dedicated graphics, but at this price point, I feel like customers are searching for a robust, desktop replacement unit.

After my bitter experience with the HPs I got during the summer and having to change each one after 2 weeks of breaking down, I've had this Del for the past 3 weeks now and so far, I've been happy with it. No freezing, no getting stuck or anything. Hopefully it will last for several years for me

The product has excellent battery life, indicates when it is low, a processor with excellent performance and excellent Cache memory, and a user-friendly interface with excellent graphics

Very fast, easy to operate and use and retains battery power when the light has gone out. Works well connected to a Dell docking station with dual monitors as well.
