This is no fault of Best Buy - it has to do with Dell and its product. We've had this monitor replaced 4 times now. Issues we have with the monitor you ask? While working, at any given moment, the monitor will go completely black, like the power went off. Then we need to wait until it decides to come back to life. Before you ask, yes, the cables are all plugged in correctly, we've even had Dell send new cables as they advised it was due to faulty cables they sent. But no, that's not it. Since it has been happening for so long, I started to take notes when it does happen. There's no rhyme or reason, but I did notice if you want to play a YouTube video, or an ad video starts/wants to play, the screen goes out. When creating and/or viewing PowerPoint for our presentations the monitor will also go completely black and then comes back after a bit. Unfortunately, Dell won't credit our business account so we can use it towards a better monitor. They just continue to send us the same monitor (refurbished) and we continue to have the same issues.
