Customer Ratings & Reviews

I work remotely from home and with Windows 10 coming to a close, my previous desktop could not upgrade to Windows 11. I spoke with Geek Squad to go over my options. I decided to recycle my previous desktop and bought this one. It's quiet. Very fast and light for a desktop. It's easier to make upgrades in the future too. Highly recommended.

The speed of this PC when galloping through pages and apps on the Internet as well as response in general will leave most amazed especially considering the price which makes it a great value. As for my only dislike, it's the fact that it seems all PC brands & companies seem to have permanently decided to not put in either a CD-Rom drive or even a bay where one can add one on their own if they care to. Overall, it's a great bargain!!

Compared to the Dell Inspiron PC, this computer is so fast. In a minute from turning it on, it’s fully functional. Programs start instantaneously and connecting to the internet is just as fast. It comes with a wired keyboard and mouse, but who uses wired nowadays! There’s 4 USB ports in the front and 1 USB C, where I’m already using 2 for my wireless keyboard and mouse. It also fit perfectly in the desk opening for computers. I’m very happy with this computer

Open box looked brand new, super quiet, very fast computer, delivered to my door in 3 days. Included with 3 mos of virus protection. Great price, sorry, Best (Buy) price

The speed work is improved a lot and new features of the system was perfect for the needs of our business.

Needed to upgrade my computer to be compatible with Windows 11. Found this on Best Buy website for less than price of similar model on DELL member site and available two weeks sooner. Reduced height also fits my computer desk without modification. Virtual plug and play to replace my DELL XPS all-in-one providing lightning fast start-up and file access.

Powerful, light weight and easy to set up. My prior desktop was also a Dell, but I had to get a new computer because I wanted to upgrade to Windows 11. My old computer had Windows 10, but could not be updated to Windows 11. I hope I don't have the same problem when a new version of Windows is released.

This Desktop Is wonderful, easy to handle, does all my chores, it is faster than the one I have which is a Dell XPS but older and I could not put window 11. I have a lot of pictures and documents and I need a 2TB which is about 70% full and this desktop is much lighter that the one I had. Hope customers will buy it. It is exceptionally GREAT.

Powerful yet compact desktop that doesn’t take up much room, not bulky or heavy for handling and performs very well. Easy to set up. It is everything I needed and then some!

This is great computer! Would highly recommend it. Quiet, fast, compact - yes!

Great PC. This thing is fast and works great. So far, I have not had any surprises. My workload on this is pretty easy with the exception of converting ripped files. My old PC used to take hours to do these conversions, now it is less than 330 minutes. I love this speed.

This PC works great as a home desktop. The 32GB of memory makes this machine into a workhorse for processing. The large SSD drive provides ample internal storage. Excellent value when on sale.

Great computer. Smaller tower. Great speed. Lots of memory! Love the AI feature!

Love it! Fast. I am not limited in the pictures I can store. Small footprint.

This is a monster - soo fast and tons of memory. I purchased this in hopes of never having to switch over all my work, apps, audio files, etc., ever again. It's got plenty of ports and I feel like Dell built this just for me!

Had to replace older computer because of Microsoft no longer supporting 10. New dell has features i wanted, and is real fast but hard to find how to shut it down so for me its not real user friendly.

Computer: Excellent size and speed. Customer service at my local Best Buy store is substandard: Best Buy Elk Grove, California. You need new management at this location.

Fast! Reliable! I bought for an office computer where multiple apps and screens are up all day and it’s still fast!

Powerful and reliable desktop with excellent performance for demanding workloads. The Intel Core Ultra processor, large memory, and fast storage make it ideal for data analysis, modeling, and everyday professional use.

Purchased this for office work. It is a work horse, and very quiet. All programs work smoothly and setting it up was great and fast. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants a future proof desktop.
