The cooling for this laptop is great. Very good choice for cpu and gpu. But the power brick is a joke. It’s heavier than a brick. You don’t need 330w power supply for this unit Dell! The usbc power doesn’t support pd charging. Overall if you want a very quiet laptop. Go for it

A very solid gaming laptop that's hits everything you need for a smooth 1080p experience. I did make sure to get a cooling pad and so far haven't had any issues with thermals or the fans kicking into high gear. I did buy a 2tb m.2 SSD for the storage but other than that it's a solid PC for gaming especially if it's on sale.

Love it. Performs way better than I expected. Doesnt outperform desktop, but can really easily handle new games in 1080p and 4k.

I bought this on sale with a cooling fan and it's pretty solid. It can run things at high performance for Elden Ring for hours without too much issue but a cooling fan is required for long, intensive, gaming but overall it's worth under 1k.

Runs everything quite well at low temps and quiet fan speeds after undervolting the GPU using MSI Afterburner and optimizing the power usage of the CPU using Universal X86 Tuning Utility by applying the "balanced" preset. I recommend getting a laptop cooling pad that lifts up the computer for better airflow. I would also recommend getting an additional M.2 NVMe 2280 SSD because 500 gigs is simply not enough. The keyboard has ghosting which can be problematic in certain games where the important keys do not work together. I haven't tested the battery yet, but you might be able to squeeze out between 5-6 hours if you do optimizations, turn off the turbo boost for the CPU, lower the refresh rate to 84 hertz, and turning on battery saving mode. Overall, this is a great computer for gaming if you are willing to make some optimizations to the CPU and GPU to reduce temperatures and fan noise while retaining the same performance. Note that both the laptop and charger are both quite heavy; portability might be difficult.

Good laptop that keeps cool while playing without getting too loud

Not a very long battery life when it runs games (albeit quite demanding games) but overall a solid laptop!

Customer service is not expected. Nobody in customer service have the knowledge to help or trying to solve the problem but tell me to return the laptop.

I purchased this laptop on sale and I’m surprised on how well it performs. It runs all games I have at ultra settings above 60fps including Fortnite. Runs cool and display is bright and colorful. The only things I don’t like are the small trackpad because of its size and the red backlight on the keyboard. Other than that, I’m happy with this purchase.
