The laptop is aestheticly pleasing and is a great size for school work. It meets most of the requirements that is needed for online classes. However, I have noticed it does get hot at the bottom real quick and battery drains faster than expected. I have only had the laptop a couple of weeks.

I purchase this Laptop because of what the Own did for kids in America. I have always owned HP's and I am not sorry I changed.

Better then I expected, slim laptop with faster processing

When we ordered this Dell laptop, we did not notice that it was sold and shipped by PC Heaven. When the laptop arrived, we started to set it up, but after 3 hours, it failed with a RAM problem. Dell support sent a technician to repair it under warranty, but it turned out that the RAM was not what Dell installed and 1 16GB SODIMM that PC Heaven installed had failed. We requested that PC Heaven send us a replacement SODIMM, but they refused saying their policy was only to do a complete replacement. After a lot of back and forth, we decided time was more important, and just replaced the SODIMM ourselves. Bottom line, we will be very careful in the future not to order from Best Buy third parties and would recommend steering clear of PC Heaven in particular.

Worst computer. Since the beginning it doesn’t work well. Many bugs … wanted to exchange in a store they told me no, you need to do it online. Nothing good about this purchase
