Customer Ratings & Reviews

I purchased this laptop from Best Buy on January 14, 2026, and after using it for a while, I’d describe it as a decent mid-range device with some clear strengths and a few frustrations. On the positive side, the laptop performs well for everyday tasks like web browsing, streaming, office work, and light multitasking. Setup was quick and straightforward, and overall system speed feels responsive for typical daily use. The display looks sharp enough for work and entertainment, and the build quality feels solid for the price range. However, there are a few downsides that kept this from being a higher rating. Battery life hasn’t been as strong as I expected, especially during heavier use, and the fan can get noticeably loud at times. I’ve also experienced occasional slowdowns when running multiple applications at once, which was a little disappointing considering the specs. It’s not a bad laptop overall, it gets the job done, but it doesn’t quite stand out compared to other options in the same price category. I’d recommend it for casual or general users, but power users may want to look at higher-performance models. Overall: A solid but not perfect purchase. Good for everyday use, just be aware of its limitations.

The Dell laptop is perfect for preparing my English teaching lessons! It’s very fast, affordable, plenty of storage space and much lighter than my previous Dell laptop! It’s everything I need and more.

It is an economically accessible computer, with excellent storage capacity, the performance has left me surprised and the multitasking it achieves is not to mention.

I’ve had it for two weeks, very affordable, lots of storage, me and my sister use it for school work and other things! Runs perfectly and had no issues.

Let me first tell you about what happened. I ordered this item, and they sent me an HP laptop with a lot worse specs. I tried to get the right item and used a chat service on this website, but he guided me to a wrong way: he told me to go to a local store to return it and get the correct item. But when I went to a local store, they said they cannot do it. So I had to return home, call the customer service to get a shipping label, and they sent me the right item. The whole process took almost a month. Talking about the product, I am quite satisfied with the product. Reasonable price, and it is fast enough for my daily use. Overall, I'm happy with the product, but be careful, Bestbuy delivery team is doing a poor job. You might also get a wrong item!

I love my new laptop. It’s exactly what I wanted with a 15.6 touch display with webcam, 16 GB memory, 1 TB SSD, and AMD Radeon Graphics.

Great laptop and great value. It has decent battery life. Free Microsoft office was great.

Very worth them money and very fast and a very good screen

Good fast laptop for a decent price also a touch screen so that an added advantage

I bought this laptop to launch my consulting business and it has been an incredibly valuable asset. It's lightweight, has great features and allows me to do what I need to do. The price can't be beat either! Great product!

So far, so good. Very fast boot up, not a lot of blue wear, and run smooth. Decent sound for a laptop, and plenty of RAM for my needs.

BUENA,RAPIDA CON 1 TERA DE ALAMACENAMIENTO Y PANTALLA TOUCH. EXCELENTE

I love my new Dell computer. I only use it for work, and it's super fast, with smooth transitions. Restarts are quick and easy. I also purchased the extended plan. The biggest thing is I forgot it's a touch screen and accidentally touched it while covering the camera. lol

I bought this laptop on sale for around $450. It's able to do all of the computational analysis I need for school very quickly! I can process lots of microscopy images in a flash and make plots very quickly! It's a great computer for the cost.

I am a photographer, I bought the Lap Top for photo editing. The quality and color are excellent. The battery holds a charge well. I am very happy with the purchase.

I have had this laptop for almost a year, and it is great for gaming and everything I need as a teacher.

Don’t get me wrong, I know there are worst computers out there. It this is the worst computer I have ever personally owned. I’ve always been pretty loyal to Dell, and the specs of this computer looked like they would get the job done for me, but I was wrong. The second I booted it up to get it set up the fan was SO loud. Literally sounded like my computer was about to take flight. The computer is very slow at downloading, when I have no issues on my older laptop. The USB ports are very tight, it feels like you’re forcing USB drives into them - so I can see these breaking after a while. The plastic casing somehow got completely scratched up within the first week I had it. The only thing I can’t think of is that my other Dell laptop that has a metal shell scratched it when I had them laying back to back. But, it still should not be able to scratch that easily. The camera is terrible. My Dell Inspiron 13 has a 10x better camera than this and it’s 4-5 years old. The keyboard feels nice, and I like the sensitivity of the trackpad. Those are about the only positives to this computer. And it has a lot of memory. I would not recommend this, even at the sale price that I got it for. Unfortunately I didn’t set it up in time and now my return window has passed, or I would’ve returned it the day I went to set it up. Shame on me I guess. I think I’m done with Dell after this, going to go with the Asus Zenbook next time.

Computer works great, I can play all of my games on there no issue whatsoever, I even edit my YouTube videos on there and it works so smoothly! Highly recommend
