I’ve been using the Dell Inspiron 15-inch laptop equipped with an Intel Core i7 processor, 16 GB of RAM, and 1 TB of SSD storage, and I can say with complete satisfaction that it has exceeded my expectations. Really fast at starting. Responds perfectly the touchscreen and the sound is pretty acceptable. Battery is really bad. I bought this laptop in August and battery last 45 minutes. Dell support helped me to configure so I need low brightness on the screen, short time when not using I mean the lowest energy profile but even like that it lasts about 1 hour 35. It doesn’t have Ethernet port so you need to buy an adapter

Battery lasts a long time, and there seems to be no lag. It works really well for college. The touch screen feature helps with some assignments. Overall a great experience so far.

The laptop runs ok, but the screen has been fixed twice in less than 6 months since I got it. It’s been a frustrating situation because I got it for school, but I haven't been able to use it as intended. This bad experience taught me not to buy Dell products. I Just did my second appointment to get the device check.

I am very impressed with this laptop, at least based on my first impression. It's very lightweight, and seems to be performing quite well. I wish it had an ethernet port, but many laptops nowadays have omitted built-in wired networking. Highly recommended, overall!

Love this laptop! I can't believe how easy it was to go from my existing laptop to this one. File transfer, system setting transfer were both easy. It's super fast and I love having a full keyboard with number pad but at a lighter weight. 4x the storage and 2x the RAM of my older one is a dream. Buying it open box saved me significantly.

Excelllent PC for work. I am an analytical chemistry sales account manager and I run multiple applications at once and it seems fine so far. Has a fast core processor and plenty of ram/ssd. We’ll see how it holds up. The keyboard is a little different with the number pad but I like the wide screen that accommodates it.

Went it the store to get this laptop. I was hoping to get an open box one to save a little. Apparently, the open box inventory is by the store. I should have just ordered it online and have it shipped to my house. The laptop is what I needed/expected. I was hoping to get a smaller screen, but I'm not sure if I could get the same performance.

I purchased this laptop over a week ago and so far I have not had any issues with it. The battery life is good and it does not overheat as much. Overall this laptop is a good choice for school work.

For those who often have multiple screens open at the same time, as I frequently do, this device is truly impressive! It allows for seamless switching between programs and websites, even across different browsers. When I use it in my lap, it remains cool throughout the day. The cooling fan operates quietly and is barely noticeable, and the placement of the charging port is convenient for use in your favorite easy chair. However, there are two features I wish this laptop had—features I hadn't considered useful before making the purchase. First, a backlit keyboard would be a valuable addition, especially when getting accustomed to a new keyboard layout. Second, the ability to fold it into a tablet configuration would enhance the usability of the touchscreen.
