I purchased this $530 laptop as a gift on 11/11/2017 for only $377.53 including tax. It was a pre-Black Friday sale, and an excellent deal. I hate Windows 10 and installed Windows 7 Ultimate with all of the drivers. You can find all of the Windows 7 drivers online from the Atheros, Intel, and Realtek websites. The wireless/Bluetooth card is Atheros QCA9565, the video is Intel HD 620, and the sound is Realtek HD audio. This Dell i3567 laptop flies with the 7th generation i5 and 8GB RAM. I have been a Best Buy member since 2005, and I was satisfied with this purchase as I always am.

I've been watching this laptop for a while and Best Buy came through! Smoking deal on an early Black Friday deal on this beauty. Incredible display, powerful processor, under $400 AND touch screen. SCORE!!!!

I have a Dell Desktop right now, I am downsizing and at the same time upgrading. Both are very exciting. There are soo many positives for both beginners and experts alike. The fact that it is so user friendly and the Dell brand and support is great. The touch screen, the camera, the amount of memory, the amount of storage. The space you save is incredible! I am going to be using my Christmas present early. What a bargain at Best Buy, not to mention The Geek Squad!

I wanted to purchase a camera just suitable for handling by my daughter. Cannon low priced camera just fitted the bills and my pocket and Best Buy had the best deal on that camera and so we went ahead and bought the camera.

Overall am satisfied with Dell computer. My last laptop had a slightly different touchpad configuration, but I like the the new computer touchpad better. I was still using my habitual touchpad movements when I discovered (by accident) I could move the cursor without lifting it and click anywhere on it to enter. It just feels more intuitive and less awkward than my previous laptop is what I'm saying. I do have an issue with high disk usage. Doesn't happen so frequently to cause major problem, but I am still watching it. That's more an issue with Windows 10 not the computer, I guess. Thank You David

It has all the features needed for everyday situations! While my daughter is a college student, allowing her to get the New Microsoft Office suite to be downloaded for free! Another great savings. Be frugal You can't buy another laptop at this price point!

My wife and I both had 6 year-old 17.3" HP Pavillions with 8 GB memory, i3 processor. We literally wore them out. At that time, we paid $400 for those PCs from Best Buy. I was a bit worried about going from the larger HD+ display to a 15.6" HD display, but we are very happy with our purchase of 2 of these PCs, which arrived yesterday. Not sure why there are such negative reviews. Our setup took literally less than 10 minutes per PC to be update-to-date and surfing the net. Setup was completely guided by the machine and super easy. The PCs are not sluggish at all. We still need to load the Office Suite, but the other software is running great and noticeably faster than the i3 processor. I will update if my experience changes, but where else are you going to find a name brand PC with 2 TB hard drive, 8 GB memory (expandable to 16), HD touchscreen, etc. for $359? Follow the old rule... match the machine to the user's needs. If you are a hard core gamer, you better get the quad core i7 processor and other specs to suit your needs. If you are doing a lot of design / image / video work, you will probably want a machine with a higher resolution display and other specs that match your needs. Best Buy lists all of the specifications on this model. Do they match your needs? If so, this is a great value for average computing... light gaming, multi-tasking, office software, Internet, etc. We are pleased, especially with what we got for the price.

I purchased this laptop because of the great pre Black Friday sale price and because my personal laptop is 4 years old and slower than a snail. This laptop is not a high end multi thousand dollar gaming machine. The screen on it barely meets the standards of HD, barely. The machine can connect to b\g\n but that is it. If you have a super fast internet speed, this likely will not be able to get the maximum speed. What it does have going for it besides price is processing speed. It is a 7th gen I5 so it is quick. It has a touch screen that albeit is not even 1080P, is very useful. It comes with a DVD drive built in and a card reader for SD cards. It has 2 USB 3.0 and a USB 2.0 input. It is just a solid computer. I would recommend this at the under $500 range all day long.

I bought this on black Friday. It's a great value for the price I got this device at i.e. $389 with taxes. Can't complain. It's bit bulky and heavy but get's the job done and great for watching movies, web surfing, playing basic games and using MS Office and software with 2TB of storage space. Sometimes it does get slow especially while booting and 12 GB ram would be great. Doesn't have the backlit keyboard and sound quality is great. Web Camera is not so good and is grainy. I have been using this laptop for past 8 days and works pretty well. I can give better review couple of months down the line once the hardware beings to show it's true self.

I bought this laptop on Black Friday for my kids. Wanted them to start learning to work on real computer as opposed to iPads. Was not sure about its performance due to negative reviews about speed. It was slow while updating at the beginning. I deleted all the Dell bloatware as recommended in other posts. Works very well and is fast now. Love that it has touch screen. Hard to beat for an Intel core 5 processor with 8GB memory and 2TB hard drive. Would like to have seen up to 12 GB and also back lit keyboard, but cannot complain at this price. Better than some more expensive machines.

After using this laptop for a few weeks, it certainly feels like it gets the job done. Coming from a pre-2008 Compaq Presario, anything would have felt like an upgrade but the combination of power, speed, and graphic fidelity I've gotten with this laptop, for a sub-$400 price tag, is outstanding. Easy to run most games at mid-to-low settings (for all of you gamers looking for perfect quality and a frame rate above 50, look elsewhere), the startup time is swift and easy. No complaints with this product thus far.

For everybody complaining the laptop is slow, yes, it takes time for Windows 10 to run updates, update preinstalled apps, and Dell's unneeded software slows it down. First off, I want to point out that I'm coming from a Surface Pro which has a SSD drive, and it's faster than this laptop, but this laptop is not slow. Follow these steps to ensure the computer runs at optimal speeds: 1. Open Control Panel 2. Choose "Uninstall a Program" 3. Delete ALL DELL software EXCEPT Dell Touchpad. Windows already has built-in software that takes care of everything Dell adds. Dell software is unnecessary just like every other manufacturer's add-on software. 4. Delete McAfee, Windows Defender is free and does the job, you don't need a 3rd party software subscription. 5. Let all Windows Updates and App updates run entirely before you begin installing new software/apps on the computer. This may take a while depending on your download speeds and require multiple restarts, but it won't take near as long to run if you're not overloading the disk while Windows needs to update first. 6. If you're not going to use Windows 365, delete it too. 7. If you've already been a Windows 10 user, your history will sync, this takes longer to download/update apps and pull in your OneDrive files, just be patient and you'll enjoy this computer. 8. Once all updates on the system and apps are done, then begin installing 3rd party software, games, and apps from the store. Enjoy your new Dell laptop!

As you will note, there are several reviews noting this laptop being slow and trying to get help from Dell/BestBuy or removing bloatware. BEST Way---just setup the laptop. You can get a Windows 10 account (NOT for me) or not and let the laptop do its thing. Yes---it will be slow for its specs....but not to worry it is just bloatware coming from "somebody". NOW---go into system restore and let it wipe out EVERYTHING and do a nice clean reinstall. The laptop is now much faster and you can also get rid of any other programs you don't want or need with PC Decrapifier and/or SlimComputer after doing this reinstall. Since doing the reinstall the Dell laptop is fine and performing up to expectations. This laptop was an excellent buy on sale!

Interested in this product because of the price drop. The build is average in terms of the case quality, with plastic casing that gives the impression of it being hollow. Good quality touch screen. Keys are average. Is a 7th Gen i5, 8GB RAM, 500GB HD, HDMI port, SD card slot, DVD drive. The bloatware is mostly due to the McAfee antivirus which I uninstalled and made the system much faster.

Got this laptop in a very good deal during the thanks giving time. Dell always rocks and one of the best leading product that produces the laptops with good configuration in reasonable price. Laptops performance is good and touch screen also works awesome without any issues. So far its working perfectly. As its running on HDD not SSD and SSD we could not get in this price. OVerall performance is really good and i love watching movies, doing my office work and some decent games i can play without any issues. Thanks best buy and dell.
