Mid-range Computer

I have only had this computer since January. It is very loud. I was told it was loud because it is mid-range computer. After 10 months it is giving me a warning that my memory is failing! It will not run the Dell diagnostics. I would suggest spending more money to get a better quality product I am so disappointed.
